環境：酒店位於熱帶雨林環繞之中，能遠眺梯田，整體安靜寧謐，非常適合度假放鬆。酒店有兩個無邊泳池，兩個餐廳。大堂位於六層，看出去視野開闊。酒店離烏布市區稍遠，開車45分鐘。酒店每天提供4趟shuttle bus來回市區。 服務：作為新開的酒店，所有的工作人員都非常熱情，入住的時候，前台會帶你一起參觀酒店，給你介紹酒店的餐廳和設施。早餐的時候，會有staff詢問你對酒店的建議，可見每個人都是希望能讓客人有最好的體驗。酒店還會提供一些免費的活動，比如瑜伽，比如徒步,還有當地服飾的體驗。

我因出差在峇里島的安納塔拉住了將近一週，到達的第一天就是Era接待的我們，她的笑容非常的親切，讓我們這些來自異國的出差人士感到十分的安心。我的老闆落下了一個東西在酒店，但是他已經搬到了另一家很遠的酒店，我已經離開印尼，在我焦急的時候我想到了Era。我聯繫了Era，她今天並沒有上班，但是她熱心的幫我解決了一切問題，非常感謝她。我的名字叫Yuki Chen。我想安納塔拉的大部分員工都認識我，我想再次感謝一下Era和大家，希望安納塔拉越來越好。 My name is Yuki Chen, and I recently stayed at your hotel for nearly a week during a business trip. Although I have now left Indonesia, I feel compelled to express my deepest gratitude for the extraordinary kindness shown by your staff, particularly Ms. Era. From the moment we arrived, Era greeted us with the warmest smile, instantly putting our jet-lagged team at ease in a foreign land. Her professionalism and genuine care became even more evident when I urgently needed her help after checkout. My boss accidentally left a personal item behind at the hotel, but he had already moved to another distant property, and I was no longer in Indonesia. In my panic, I immediately thought of Era. Despite it being her day off, she responded promptly, coordinating across departments to resolve the issue seamlessly. Her dedication went far beyond her job responsibilities, and it truly embodies the spirit of Anantara’s hospitality.

On our Bali trip, our family stayed at Anantara Ubud Bali Resort. Everyone was super impressed with the place. The decorations were beautiful and blended so well with nature. The staff were really friendly and the food and drinks were amazing, especially the coffee, which was delicious. Our family definitely recommends staying there. However, one downside of this Bali trip was the heavy traffic, which made travel time-consuming and frustrating.
