good facility and location

Had a really good stay at the hotel — definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had! The place is super clean, the staff are really friendly, and the service was excellent. A special shoutout to Ms. Nadia at the reception — she was incredibly helpful and made everything easy and welcoming. Would definitely recommend staying here!

非常推薦在這裡住，距離海邊跟新的mall都是步行10分鐘內一定到的距離。晚上周遭的店家很多可以逛逛吃吃的地方。

部屋も清潔で良かった。 バスルームのシャワーの床あたりが少し老朽化しているように思えた。

The hotel is quite old, and the facilities are in need of renovation, especially the bathroom. The water leakage is very serious, after taking a shower, the floor outside is like a pond, even though there is a glass door blocking the shower. Somehow, water still leaked out of the cubicle through the gaps between the glass doors and the floor. Breakfast was good, and both the restaurant and concierge staff were friendly. However, I had a small incident during my stay. My friend celebrated an Otonan (a Balinese birthday ceremony) and received a red string bracelet as a blessing. Unaware that the red color would bleed when wet, it left stains on one pillowcase, one bedsheet, and one small bath towel. After cleaning our room, the housekeeping staff stacked these stained items and left them on our table. We called the concierge and spoke with the team manager, Awan, to ask if there was an issue. He informed us that we needed to pay IDR 605,000 (about US$36) for the pillowcase, sheet, and towel because the housekeeping staff had “tried” to wash out the stains but couldn’t. However, the sheets and towels were completely dry when we found them, so I doubted they had actually tried to clean them. He repeatedly said their policy required compensation if tattoo ink stained their linens, but my Balinese friend explained several times in their own local language that the stains were from a ceremonial string bracelet, not a tattoo. After some back-and-forth, the team manager said he had spoken with the Assistant Housekeeping Manager and agreed that we could take the linens to an outside laundry for cleaning, so we did not have to pay compensation. Aside from this upsetting incident, I was happy with my stay-if I could erase this episode, my experience would have been entirely positive.

酒店設施比較陳舊，地板翹起，設施和衞生水平一般。如圖所示剛入住就發現被子很臟，但是酒店反應比較迅速，很快給我們更換了。酒店早餐尚可，種類還行，基本上酒店的各個地方都是剛合格的水平，不好不差。就是位置比較方便，沿街酒吧不少，離港口和iconbali很近。酒店有很大的游泳池，有很多白人和白人家庭會使用。但是我們沒使用，看着水比較清澈。總體來説不要抱有太高的期待，住這基本上是為了位置方便，跟度假和享受不沾邊。

少々古さは感じられますが、良く手入れされていて清潔感あり。 スタッフは皆フレンドリーで好感持てる。 朝食も美味しく、日替わりでメニュー も変わり連泊でも飽きないと思う。

つくりは古いがよく空調が効いており 快適でした プールもすごく良かった 部屋によってはとにかく鶏がうるさくて眠れないと言った意見もあった 私の部屋は特にそんなにうるさくはなかった 近くのビーチも早朝めちゃくちゃ良かった 山が珍しくよく見えました

The resort was so nice. I just had to lower my cleanliness rating since i did not enjoy my Bali trip because the AC of the room triggered my allergic rhinitis. During my whole Bali trip i had teary eyes, runny nose and i was sneezing for my whole stay.

Great place, great ambiance n great location

Really enjoy our stay at Sanur Resort Watujimbar. We stayed at grand deluxe room and one thing that surprised us, we saw one extra bed inside our room. (We didn't ask for this since we knew they have sofa bed and that was more than enough for 2 adults + 2 kids in one room). Really thankful for their hospitality.❤ Pool was huge and clean, very well maintained. Kids were having so much fun swimming & playing in the pool. Breakfast was so nice with delicious foods and drinks Definitely will recommend this hotel to our family and friends.

Everything is good. I love here to stay:)
