Grand Mercure Bali Seminyak arvostelua

I stayed here for 4 nights, the check-in process was long, I was given a room facing the road which was very noisy day and night, so I couldn't rest comfortably.

The Grand Mercure is well situated in the Double Six area of Seminyak - less than a 5 min walk from the beach. We stayed in a Deluxe King Room with a Pool View which didn’t disappoint. The pool area is one of the best we have experienced in Bali & of course the staff & service was first class

All is perfect as always. This is the venue I visited every year whenever come with family. The location is perfect, the service is great, the room size and bed is very good.

Мы уже третий раз приезжаем на Бали, но в этот раз этот отель превзошел все наши ожидания! Замечательный отель, номера чистые, постельное белье белое, чистое и главное СУХОЕ (для Бали это редкость, во многих отелях все влажно и иногда пахнет сыростью). Кондиционер работает исправно, белье на балконе сушилось в солнечную погоду (в других отелях у нас никогда не получалось высушить купальники). Нам соединили две кровати и она была просто большая, что удобно для сна с ребенком (3 года). Здесь есть отличный детский бассейн 0.4м что очень безопасно для маленьких детей, он купался сам и я не переживала будучи на лежаке. Также есть детский клуб. Работает до 19.00, там есть много интересных игрушек для детей. До пляжа было не далеко, но к сожалению сам пляж был загрязнен, так как сейчас сезон дождей и весь мусор океана прибило к берегам. Но можно было пройтись по берегу и найти очищенные от мусора места. Сам отель превосходный, нам понравилось все, от номера до персонала. Также в номере были халаты, что является дополнительным плюсом к отелю. Из минусов, жаль нет смарт тв, есть только кабельное телевидение, поэтому мультики ребенку пришлось включать на телефоне. В холодильнике нет морозильника и мороженое не получалось хранить, нужно было покупать и сразу есть) в целом мы очень довольны отелем и надеемся вернуться снова!

We had booked Mercure as we had stayed at the Legian one many of times and really couldn’t wait to try this one being in a location we love Unfortunately due to the weather it rained a hell of a lot which meant we couldn’t use the pools and stuff as much as we wanted We were very wrapped that the hotel had made us a lovely breaky to go this morning on our plane ride home great little touch We loved the breakfast it definitely catered to everyone with the options including sushi and the little kids bar which our kids loved lollies chocolates and marshmallows the coffee was made to order aswell and I loved that there was oat milk and enjoyed great coffees every morning Those smaller things that accommodate to families always makes a difference for us A couple of smaller things could be touched up on like refilling coffee and tea sachets daily as unfortunately went to make a coffee the following morning at 6am and there were none replaced (again- I could’ve called reception but waited til breakfast instead) The rooms were lovely and large cosy little sofas in them Being a newer hotel somewhat expected Netflix but was none but hey not a big deal if you’re busy most the day just being rainy it would’ve been handy to watch and chill to! It was quite noisy outside our room with fireworks and rowdiness on our lastnight but can’t be controlled Theirs a kids club onsite which is very helpful when wanting some time out from the little ones every parent needs that in holidays! So thank you 🙏 The restaurant is very beautiful 🤩 the amenities are very modern too! I never used the gym in the end but would be good to open earlier than 7 for early birds! Thanks again for a fabulous time

The room is spacious and equipped with shower & bath tub, comfy bed. Staff were friendly & helpful, the hotel was still relatively new with a great location, a short walking distance to double six & plenty of good restaurants, cafes in its surrounding made it a perfect choice for solo travellers.

ダブルシックスビーチやスミニャックビーチが近くてロケーションは良かった。 しかしホテル前の道路の車通りが多く、夜遅くまでうるさかった。泊まる部屋によるが、そこは注意！ また、スコールが降った後に、部屋の天井から雨漏りした部分があったが、30分ほど経つと止まった。

Absolutely fantastic experience. Hotel staff were accommodating and welcoming. Everyone was very polite and friendly. Really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Would highly recommend it. Food was wonderful. Great variety and options. Enjoyed the atmosphere.

場所は文句なし！ 近くにコンビニもスパ、ご飯も困る事なし。 お店がたくさんあるので朝食無しでも、問題ありません。 枕に虫がついてたのと、 アメニティのシャンプーが無かったのが残念。 多分たまたまだと思いますが… 場所的に夜まで騒がしいのと、隣の声が割と聞こえるます。気になる方はご注意！

Grand Mercure is mooi en schoon hotel met fijn personeel. Iedereen is heel vriendelijk en het ontbijt is top! Zelf vonden wij het straatje waar het hotel Zit wat minder maar het strand is heel dichtbij!

非常差的體驗，食物不衞生，我們沒有吃任何外面的東西，導致我和媽媽都****🤢，嘔吐發燒，我因為嘔吐低血糖在酒店暈倒，臉部摔青；酒店態度極差，是那種裝着客氣其實非常偽善的態度；想要延長check out 時間，那個大堂經理Nadya竟然帶着警察來哄我們；最後check out的時候，竟然讓我簽免責協議，未來有啥事兒跟他們沒有關係了？免責協議還把我名字寫錯了，印尼再也不來了

酒店離沙灘走路兩分鐘，地點優越。 房間整潔舒適，尤其是大床，睡兩大一小綽綽有餘。 酒店餐廳晚餐服務好，有駐唱歌手。早餐來不及吃可以給你準備早餐盒帶走。

Service was top notch. Location was perfect as it is a short distance from double six beach. Room was comfy. Breakfast can be improved
