酒店設施齊全,房間也夠大,進入園區後跟外面完全是兩個世界!環境很好,景色很棒!整個Anaya好幾個酒店圍着,出行有巴士接送很方便。

真的是非常糟糕的體驗,阿雅娜裏面一共四家酒店,這家新價比都不高,泳池也一般,入住後酒店又給免費的懸崖酒吧飲料卷 還有給免費拍照,還有就是一個餐廳卷,但是我們都沒有使用,選擇這家酒店主要和其他幾家比較它比較新,乾淨,然後就是主要想去H2o拍,辦理入住那天很晚了,孩子在車上也睡著了,然後再入住時酒店並沒有説H2o打卡時間衹有早上6點到9點,我們入住後第二天早上司機就接我們出去玩了,回來後又是晚上了,所以酒店衹是睡一覺,我們住的最後一天早上去吃早餐,我有現金但看他們拿刷卡機就問可以zfb嗎,他們説可以,然後我就用zfb付款,兩大一小差點600rmb的早餐,我這邊銀行扣款後他們沒收到,讓我等了30分鐘確認,最後告訴我要我在刷一次,我拒絕了,然後我告訴他們我12點退房,我要去拍照,我不能一直浪費時間在你們出問題的事情上,錢我扣了,你們也看到了,為什麼還讓我在刷,所以在那浪費了快1小時,最後他們説等他們在確認,然後我就去前台讓他們覺觀光車接我們去H2o打卡,結果得知不能拍照了,因為衹能6-9點早上拍照,然後我説你們並沒有告訴我啊,我入住這酒店就是為了拍這照片的、然後他們就開始了長線溝通、我又等了1小時、最後説我可以去游泳不能打卡,我不理解這是什麼鬼操作,然後經理來一頓道歉,我説道歉沒用我需要解決問題,結果經理説我們嘗試了可是不行,要不你去我泳池遊,我是找不到泳池游泳嗎?然後説送我喝飲料表示歉意,我婉拒告訴他我不是為了這兩杯飲料,我要拍照,你們自己問題為什麼要我從早上到現在浪費2小時? 而且你們的問題我怎麼要我來承擔、最後經理説我們準備一些禮物表示歉意(反正就是來回説就是不給拍) 最後我説算了,我們就在旁邊泳池玩,如果你們要道歉就送一件你們傳統的睡衣,也別給我什麼喝的和禮物了,結果人家説這和不行. 那我説算了我咋也不要了,回來聯繫攜程,攜程很負責的幫我處理,但是經理撒謊説讓我去,我拒絕了,讓我拍的根本就不是H2o的點,我為什麼不拒絕? 還説我讓他送我們午餐,你是來搞笑的嗎?我沒吃過飯呀? 我一個黑鑽出去旅行那麼多,我要你送頓飯,我是有多吃不起,多餓?? 擔心體驗感糟糕的一塌糊塗、建議別選擇他家,其他幾家可以試一試。 最後攜程努力幫我溝通,然後攜程還給我紅包卷,感覺還是要大品牌預訂才對用户有保障.

3220一個晚上結果呢,床是個壞的,大半夜的收拾行李🧳換房間真的麻了,這個酒店唯一的好處真的是感覺比另林畔安靜很多,但整個度假村也挺無聊的,沒啥好吃的,去別的地方很遠,幾乎就衹能呆在度假村整個島上的交通狀況超級糟糕,不建議去峇裏島(╯>д<)╯⁽˙³˙⁾

酒店園區真的很大,app很方便基本可以解決90%的問題,服務人員態度都很棒。缺點是早餐性價比不高,餐廳價格偏貴。
