酒店設施齊全，房間也夠大，進入園區後跟外面完全是兩個世界！環境很好，景色很棒！整個Anaya好幾個酒店圍着，出行有巴士接送很方便。

真的是非常糟糕的體驗，阿雅娜裏面一共四家酒店，這家新價比都不高，泳池也一般，入住後酒店又給免費的懸崖酒吧飲料卷還有給免費拍照，還有就是一個餐廳卷，但是我們都沒有使用，選擇這家酒店主要和其他幾家比較它比較新，乾淨，然後就是主要想去H2o拍，辦理入住那天很晚了，孩子在車上也睡著了，然後再入住時酒店並沒有説H2o打卡時間衹有早上6點到9點，我們入住後第二天早上司機就接我們出去玩了，回來後又是晚上了，所以酒店衹是睡一覺，我們住的最後一天早上去吃早餐，我有現金但看他們拿刷卡機就問可以zfb嗎，他們説可以，然後我就用zfb付款，兩大一小差點600rmb的早餐，我這邊銀行扣款後他們沒收到，讓我等了30分鐘確認，最後告訴我要我在刷一次，我拒絕了，然後我告訴他們我12點退房，我要去拍照，我不能一直浪費時間在你們出問題的事情上，錢我扣了，你們也看到了，為什麼還讓我在刷，所以在那浪費了快1小時，最後他們説等他們在確認，然後我就去前台讓他們覺觀光車接我們去H2o打卡，結果得知不能拍照了，因為衹能6-9點早上拍照，然後我説你們並沒有告訴我啊，我入住這酒店就是為了拍這照片的、然後他們就開始了長線溝通、我又等了1小時、最後説我可以去游泳不能打卡，我不理解這是什麼鬼操作，然後經理來一頓道歉，我説道歉沒用我需要解決問題，結果經理説我們嘗試了可是不行，要不你去我泳池遊，我是找不到泳池游泳嗎？然後説送我喝飲料表示歉意，我婉拒告訴他我不是為了這兩杯飲料，我要拍照，你們自己問題為什麼要我從早上到現在浪費2小時？而且你們的問題我怎麼要我來承擔、最後經理説我們準備一些禮物表示歉意（反正就是來回説就是不給拍）最後我説算了，我們就在旁邊泳池玩，如果你們要道歉就送一件你們傳統的睡衣，也別給我什麼喝的和禮物了，結果人家説這和不行. 那我説算了我咋也不要了，回來聯繫攜程，攜程很負責的幫我處理，但是經理撒謊説讓我去，我拒絕了，讓我拍的根本就不是H2o的點，我為什麼不拒絕？還説我讓他送我們午餐，你是來搞笑的嗎？我沒吃過飯呀？我一個黑鑽出去旅行那麼多，我要你送頓飯，我是有多吃不起，多餓？？擔心體驗感糟糕的一塌糊塗、建議別選擇他家，其他幾家可以試一試。最後攜程努力幫我溝通，然後攜程還給我紅包卷，感覺還是要大品牌預訂才對用户有保障.

3220一個晚上結果呢，床是個壞的，大半夜的收拾行李🧳換房間真的麻了，這個酒店唯一的好處真的是感覺比另林畔安靜很多，但整個度假村也挺無聊的，沒啥好吃的，去別的地方很遠，幾乎就衹能呆在度假村整個島上的交通狀況超級糟糕，不建議去峇裏島（╯＞д＜）╯⁽˙³˙⁾
