The service of the staff is good while the location is perfect. The facility is a bit old especially in the hotel room.

Always a great hotel to stay for a few days at the end of a holiday to Bali. Great for shopping, restaurants, beach. Great breakfast. Room with pool access is a must for me. I like the beach wing. Hoping some renovations on the rooms esp the floors will happen soon.

필터는 더러워지긴 합니다. 하지만 우붓에서의 숙소에 비하면 훨씬 나아요. 그리고 직원분들이 친절합니다. 수영장의 이용시간이 짧아서 이용하지 못한점이 아쉽습니다. 수영장이 메인이신분은 오전7시부터 오후 7시까지 이용가능하다는 점을 알고 계시면 도움이 될 것 같습니다.

This was our second stay at Truntum as we love the location. This stay we stayed in the new ‘deluxe’ area towards the front of the hotel area. The room was spacious, clean and set out well. Due to the construction we weren’t able to walk directly from our room to the restaurant and instead out of the building and around (not a huge issue, just inconvenient). During our stay, on two occasions they also ran out of pool towels. Apart from these two minor inconveniences, we enjoyed our stay and will certainly be back to see it once construction is complete.

Très bon hôtel emplacement N°1 directement sur la plage et centre ville. 3 piscines , jardin super. Spectacle Barong et danse. Petit déjeuner très bien. Dîner buffet très simple pas original. Préférez les restaurants autour. Centre recueillement des bébés tortues (2000) devant l'hôtel. + varant, python vivant sans danger pour photos et autres animaux. Sinon tout est très bien Aéroport taxi jusqu'à l'hôtel environ 5€= 100.000 roupies août 2025

It was our 3rd stay with Truntum. Booked an executive suite, and loved our stay. It was memorable, beautiful, and very pleasant. The room was huge with a nice balcony to enjoy sea breeze and sound of the wave. Toilet was clean and well provided, a warm welcome card was prepared, and it was a nice touch. However, during our stay, we had an issue with the aircon. Techician was very prompt on repair, but the issue persist on the next day. Since it was our last day, we just bear with it. But overall, we will definitely stay at Truntum again.

아이동반 4명가족 디럭스룸 2개를 커넥팅룸으로 이용하였습니다. 킹베드방과 트윈배드방이였고 넓직하고 좋았습니다. 1층을 배정 받아선지 개미가 많아 1점 뺏습니다. 성수기라 그런지 입실은 3시부터 가능하였고 그나마 방하나는 5시가 되어서야 개방을... 방마다 웰컴간식(마카롱)이 있었고 웰컴드링크 쿠폰도 주었습니다. 쿠폰은 수영장에서도 사용가능하나 오렌지쥬스 작은컵만 해당됩니다. 조식은 룸가격 수준이고 탄산은 구매 하여야 합니다. 수영장은 3군데 모두 좋습니다. 비치쪽은 선셋을 바라보지만 해변 상가들에 많이 가리고 메인4각 풀장은 폼파티 진행과 맥주 버겟등 이벤트가 많이 진행됩니다. 저녁엔 입구 안마당에서 매일 다른 디너가 준비됩니다. 주변에 비치워크쇼핑몰과 디스커버리 쇼핑몰은 빠른걸음 10분컷이며 현지마켓 자야마트는 15분정도 입니다. 오후4시경에는 호텔 비치쪽에서 거북이 방생이 이뤄지고 조깅은 아침에만 가능할듯합니다. 공항으로 15분안에 이동 가능 하여 트래픽이 심한 발리 시내에서 최적의 장소라 생각듭니다. 리조트가 너무 커 이동은 조금 힘들지만 직원들의 친절함이 진심으로 느껴져 다시 발리를 방문한다면 또 머물 생각입니다.
