Secara keseluruhan, pengalaman saya di Bhanuswari Resort & Spa sangat memuaskan. Tempat ini cocok untuk siapa saja yang ingin mencari ketenangan dan relaksasi di tengah keindahan alam Bali.

The hotel is okay. The staff is friendly. Only the location is a bit difficult to find. Parking too far away. We were there on a rainy day, breakfast was fine. I don't swim so I don't know about the pool.

Hotel sudah agak tua namun msh terawat, kolam renangnya sangat bagus dipinggiran sawah.. yg kurang sarapannya tdk variatif dan kurang rasa

Nous avons séjournés plusieurs jours dans cet hôtel. La nourriture est bonne mais sans plus. les chambres sont propres mais fortes odeurs d'humidité dans la salle de bain. On est au milieu des rizières , c'est normal!!!!!!Souvenir d'un singe qui m'a empêché de dormir toute une nuit!!!!!!!!! la piscine est propre et tranquille. Le personnel est sympa, attention toutefois au taxe élevées dans cet endroit lors des repas.

Chambre avec piscine privée appréciable mais il manque un coffre fort et les chambres sont mal insonorisées. Hôtel loin de tout donc obligés de manger au restaurant. A l'arrivée la réception ne donne pas envie. Navette gratuite pour Ubud. Un nécessaire thé/café mais pas de bouilloire. Pomme de douche avec peu de pression.

Je ne sais pas par où commencer. Il est loin de tout. La clim fuyait j' ai été obligée.de.faire le pied de grue à la.reception pour avoir quelqu'un. La salle de bain est désuet et le ménage pas fait depuis longtemps. Franchement à part.la piscine c est vraiment pas top

Bien que nous ayons eu une chambre avec piscine privée, je ne recommande pas cet hôtel, sauf si vous avez une voiture à disposition. Ce resort est au milieu de nulle part, pas de restaurants à proximité, donc obligation de prendre ses repas sur place, et les prix ne sont pas ceux que l'on peut avoir dans les warums. Il faut compter entre 30mn à 1h pour aller à UBUD, suivant la circulation. Il y a une navette de l’hôtel (gratuite) mais à réserver avec heure de départ et de retour. Et les horaires proposés sont quelque peu contraignants. Cet hôtel est vieillot, le petit déjeuner est de loin le plus mauvais que nous avons pris à Bali. De plus, il faut se dépêcher si l'on veut avoir un minimum de choix. Il y a tellement d’hôtels plus sympas , mieux situés, avec de vrais petits déjeuner que je vous conseille d'éviter celui-ci.

Complexe très bien entretenu Les espaces verts sont soignés, les 2 piscines très jolies L'environnement est vraiment chouette Le spa et les masseuses au top ! 2 soins réalisés sur place Situé en dehors d Ubud c est très calme Le personnel est dévoué et sympathique. Le point négatif c est la chambre + salle de bain bien vieillissantes qui auraient besoin d une bonne rénovation ! Et le petit déjeuner, peu de choix Le service des navettes pr le centre ville est top !

Gezien de recensies verheugden we ons op dit hotel. Vond het ontzettend tegenvallen. De kamers zijn oud, vervallen, donker en vies. Hoge trap op naar kamer zonder verlichting. Overal insecten, kregen een bus insecticide mee als oplossing. Schoongemaakt werd er amper. Losse electriciteitsdraden, een muffe donkere badkamer vol schimmel. Zwembad was klein en ook troebel. Ontbijt beperkt. Shuttleservice kon eerste dag alleen als we met minstens tien man waren en een taxi wilden ze niet bellen. Pluspuntje was chauffeur Maddy die ons heel erg geholpen heeft. Locatie is te ver van het centrum, taxi kost 100.000.

Très beau complexe très verdoyant en retrait de ubud pour le calme c’est top si vos voisins respectent un minimum les autres ce qui est loin d’être toujours le cas L’insonorisation des chambres laissent à désirer on entend tout ce qu’il se passe à côté et c’est bien dommage nous sommes tombé sur des voisins sans aucun respect un calvaire ! Sinon nous avions pris chambre avec piscine privée et franchement c’était top Côté restaurant bien mais cher La laundry parfaite rien a dire et prix correct

One of the worst and noisiest hotel. Noises created by their own folks. Constant honking of cars/motorbikes no matter what the hours are. Loud music from evening till wee hours of the AM and no sleep for us. Called front desk and no avail. Called again and the phone was unanswered. Unacceptable behaviors. Stay away!

Property as area and greenery is good however services is pathetic...the staff only care for foreigners as USA and Australian..they don't give services to Indian. During the breakfast they chk how many omelet you ate...didn't give a single toast extra as per them we can get only one toast and one omelet each...worst part is that when I was eating half of my son's egg..& I asked for my egg the staff said that we saw u eating egg so will not give you egg...don't go to this hotel there are many other good property in Ubud

The resort is placed in a remote Ubud area and you will not find any easy access to any of the amenities outside. The hotel staff do not even know how to serve a beer. They get it delivered opened and warm beer in your room stating that it’s chilled. Menu shows ample of items yet you will not get even half of it available. The room is surrounded by ants, lizards, grasshopper etc. I tried reaching out to the GM - Petros, informing him the situation, the staff said he is at home.m and later he texts my wife with a threatening message over WhatsApp stating that if u continue complaining like this, you will have to face consequences as it is Bali not India. He clearly tried to harass me and my family being racist. When the waiter asked me to sign the bill, I said I will sign it after getting to meet the GM on which he said, we will see you. Is this the type of hospitality a person expects from a hotel? I was traveling with my Wife and infant and after this threatening message from Petros (GM) and the waiter, we couldn’t sleep all night and had to check out early in the morning. The private pool was also very dirty as if it has never been cleaned since it was made. This has been the worst ever experience for me and my family.
