Bali Diamond (Adults Only)

Nous avions réservé 2 semaines attirés par le prix nuitée + breakfast de cet hôtel manager par Νίκος Σωπασής. Or quel ne fut pas notre surprise lorsque la note s’est corsée des soi-disant taxes du gouvernement alors que le document de réservation annonçait un prix « all taxes included ». Malgré nos réclamations pour tromperie, on nous a fait comprendre que c’était comme ça. (Nous avons déposé une demande de plainte à Athènes depuis, via notre avocat). Hormis ça, ce n’est pas un hôtel mais plutôt une location de chambre (rent a room) avec le changement de serviettes de toilette et de plages tous les 3 jours. Aucune ambiance ; le client livré à lui-même ; nous avons signalé un problème de télévision, nous attendons toujours que quelqu’un s’en occupe. Le personnel en fait le minimum hormis Chrisoula très souriante qui s’occupe du breakfast et qui est la seule à offrir une image positive de cet établissement. Plus jamais.

Sehr gutes Hotel mit freundlichen Personal und wunderbaren Blick auf Meer ! 20 Meter bis zum Strand 👌 Im Umgebung befinden sich viele Restaurants und Supermärkte bzw. Souvenirsshops) Frühstück war ausreichend und lecker, besonders die griechische Leckereien 👍🏻

On our arrival, we were asked for our passports, to realise, we had lost them!! As you can imagine, panic and worry set in 🙈 the lady on reception (I think her name was Eva) was so reassuring and told us not to worry, and that she would phone the transfer company to try and locate them for us, and for us to just enjoy our vacation. Within a few hours, she had arranged for the transfer company to deliver them back to the hotel. Such a relief - thank you Eva for saving our holiday 😊 So, now I've got the stressful part out the way, let's get down to this wonderful hotel. The hotel is clean, modern and peaceful 😌 everything is quite basic, but has all you need for a relaxing holiday! The location of this hotel is nothing short of incredible 😍 Bali is absolutely stunning, and this hotel is located on the beach front of a beautiful beach, with crystal clear warm waters 😍 so warm, that me and the husband (and a few others) had late night swims (I'm talking after 10pm and still warm!), and so clear that you can see all the fish 🐠 There are a few lovely tavernas/bars on the beach front and a little shop, so it has everything you need within a few hundred meters. If you do want to travel a little further, there is a little train type vehicle that takes you around to other beaches ect for 5€, we utilised this and visited every beach in the area, all of which were lovely. Breakfast was pretty basic, but enough there to choose from every morning (eggs, omelette, pancakes, cereal, fruit, breads ect) and it's set by the pool with a beautiful view 😌 All the staff we found really kind and helpful. I emailed the hotel prior to arrival, to explain that our stay was a suprise anniversary trip for my husband, and offered to pay for them to add some rose petals on the bed ect, but they kindly offered to do this for free, and they also gifted us with a bottle of wine and card, which I thought was really sweet. Honestly, I can't recommend this hotel and location enough 😍 we had the best time here and would a million percent return! If you are looking for a laid back, relaxing, picturesque holiday... look no further 😁

The hotel was clean, comfortable and in a perfect location by a small beach. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast included a hot option,cereal, juice, continental breakfast, cakes and fruit. The pool was clean and welcoming but we spent our days on the beach and it was just 10€ for umbrella and 2 sun beds. Always one available so no fighting over them! You can even order food,drinks direct to sun bed. I would definitely recommend this hotel for those that want a quiet, peaceful holiday in beautiful location. There are plenty of local tavernas offering fresh fish, seafood and meat. One tip, organise you own transfer as it’s about an hour from the airport but if you end up on a shared bus it took 2 hours+

Das moderne Hotel ist in einen sehr steilen Hàng gebaut. Wir waren im 5. von 6 Stockwerken. Das bedeutete immer 4 lange, steile Treppen, wenn man zum Pool oder zum Frühstück oder zur Rezeption wollte. Es funktionierten nämlich die Lifte -nicht. Auch wenn sie funktioniert hätten, ist es bei Regen nicht möglich, trocken zum Frühstück zu kommen, da die Lifte jeweils nur über ein Stockwerk gehen. Man muss nach jedem Stockwerk einen Weg im Freien zurücklegen (teilweise auch wieder über Treppen) um zum nächsten Lift zu kommen, der einen dann wieder nur eine Etage höher/tiefer bringt. Als wir dies reklamierten, bot man uns als Alternative ein dunkles Zimmer über der Bar, an einer Strasse und neben einer Taverne an. Es gab leider auch keine Regenschirme im Zimmer. Ansonsten war das Zimmer schön, geräumig mit einer leisen Klimaanlage, aber einer nicht funktionierenden Regendusche im Bad. Leider sind die Zimmer sehr hellhörig und laute Nachbarn, wie wir sie hatten, extrem störend und schlafraubend. Trotz vieler ausländischer Gäste gibt es nur griechische Fernsehsender. Parkplatz gibt es für maximal sechs Autos. Zum Frühstück gab es beim Obst ausser Melonen nur Konservenobst. Obwohl es als Strandhotel angeboten wird, muss man für zwei Liegen 10 Euro pro Tag bezahlen. Allerdings hat man uns unaufgefordert einen Late-Check-Out angeboten.
