The master bedroom has a king-size bed, private bathroom with walk-in shower, and a 55” Smart TV. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, connecting bathroom, and a 55” Smart TV. The loft bedroom also has a queen bed, a private bath, and its own balcony with sunset views. Villa 40 is ideal for outdoor fun. Enjoy the grill, relax in Adirondack chairs, or take a nap on the swinging bed under the deck. Two golf carts, a four-seater and a six-seater (with rain enclosures), are provided for island transportation. Beach towels are included, along with a highchair and pack 'n play for families with young children. Bald Head Island Club "lifestyle" membership is available for separate purchase. If you're bringing a dog, there’s a $300 non-refundable pet fee. One video camera monitors the garage area.
