Bridal veil falls a great canyon to see wild life and natural water falls, hiking trails and biking. Utah Valley University is 10 minutes south/west and BYU is 10 minutes South/east of us. Salt Lake city/Lagoon Amusement park is about 40- 50 minutes north of us. lots of Parks and splashpads around us and even the Murdock canal Trail is down the road for biking/walking/jogging Thanksgiving point is a great place to visit as well we are 10-15 minutes away You may also reserve a private outdoor pickle ball court for only $10 an hour, it is only five minutes from the house. come and enjoy our neck of the woods! The TV includes Roku which will give you access to your Netflix, Hulu and other accounts. Fast wifi is also available. You have off-street, designated parking for the apartment . The entrance is on the right side when facing the home. Please do not park in front of neighbors homes, enjoy your private space off the street. There is also a fenced backyard with a slate stone patio and plenty of grass. Guests are welcome to enjoy the yard. Though the neighborhood is next to University Place Mall, there is no vehicle access from the neighborhood to the mall so there is limited traffic and noise. A pedestrian path to the mall makes walking access quick and safe. The Utah Transit Authority's Mt. Timpanogas Transit Center is conveniently located within easy walking distance at the mall. From the transit center a bus can be taken to the Orem Front Runner station to Salt Lake City.
