What needs to be said, besides this is THE PLACE and a GREAT VALUE to be IN THE VILLAGE. This is an amazing Northstar Village condo! Enjoy ski in/ski out convenience from this nicely remodeled "penthouse" corner unit with views - 1 Bedroom in the loft plus 2 full bathrooms! Recently remodeled (may 2023) with air conditioning and new floors replacing the upstairs carpeting and brand new pottery barn deluxe sleepers (queen and twin) to replace the old couches which were getting uncomfortable. The unit has its own private parking spot, but you will not need your car -- we walk everywhere from the unit -- the shops and restaurants are all downstairs in the village. Take the stairs or the elevator and you will be in the middle of it all. Grab groceries at Earthly Delights across the way or catch a movie at the new first run cinema. We also have access to the recreation center with outdoor hot tubs, pools, game room, exercise facilities, etc. The unit is very comfortable with 55" and 42" HD flat panel TVs (and a cosy faux fireplace to boot). High speed wireless internet - Fully equipped kitchen - and all linens are provided. There is a king bed in the loft/master, and the sofa pulls out to a queen in the living room. There is a second couch with a twin bed as well. We also provide an airbed. There is also a portable crib in the upstairs closet if needed. Two full bathrooms make it a dream for everyone to have their own space. Just bring your readiness to relax and your skis (or tennis racquet and golf clubs in the Summer), and the rest is there for you. Also only a 10 minute drive from the lake. This one bedroom ski-in condo is perfect for a weekend getaway or holiday vacation! Three minute walk to the village and Northstar rec-center. Perfect for a couples retreat or small family. This condo is newly remodeled with a brand new kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and flooring. Great for a day on the mountain and an evening enjoying the hot tub or village restaurants.This condo is on the third floor of a building that does not have an elevator so please be prepared to climb stairs when staying. There is access to laundry and a ski locker on the first floor of the building. We ask that your leave you skis in the locker during your stay. The Northstar rec-center is located a short three minute walk from the condo. This rec-center provides pool and hot-tub access year round and tennis, playground, pickleball, and snack bar access in the summer. There are guest passes at the condo to be used for access to the rec-center. There is a $10, per person, guest charge for daily access to the rec-center.Walkways and parking lots are plowed and shoveled during the winter season, but please be prepared to dig out your car after snowstorms as there is no covered parking. Absolutley no parties at this location. This is a third floor condo and the unit below the condo can and will call security if they believe a party is happening above them.
