The house is very spacious with plenty of room to gather together and enjoy each other or to spread out and unwind. Our house is able to comfortably accommodate a large family or multiple families/friends.Recently remodeled 4 bed/4 bath fully furnished home. This spacious 2 story home is located in a friendly neighborhood. Home has an attached 2 car garage. We can comfortably accommodate 8 people in the beds, but will accept up to 12 people (Additional nightly fee) with 2 queen size, Aerobed air mattresses, upon request.Home has whole-house WIFI for all of your streaming needs. Main floor has beautiful dark hardwood floors throughout. As our guest, you'll have not only access to the condo, but free parking as well. You will receive your key access and parking permit upon arrival. You will receive your own code to the apartment door. Guests are to use the south side of the building for checking in. (Farnam Street) The parking garage is no longer accessible to guests or tenants and should not be used at any time. Guests are directed to park in a designated parking area specifically for guests and tenants. This parking area is located on the east side of the building. There are three options, street parking (along the side of the street), parking facing the east, parking facing the west (towards building) on the elevated level. You are also welcome to the handicap places, two which are out front of the building and more aligned against the east side. When dropping off, picking up, checking in or out you are welcome to use the 10 min. parking outside the front doors.
