It also has covered parking for your first car and room for two more if needed.Lounge/Dining and Kitchen are all open floor plan so you have plenty of space to enjoy the company you have with you - it is fully furnished with top quality and comfort in mind, everything you will need from the breakfast bar to the formal dining area, to the leather lazy boys and a flat panel TV. The kitchen features brand new stainless steel appliances. Master bedroom is en suite with king sized bed, TV and doors that open on to the balcony. Tthere is also a great adventure/swing park for the smaller children, you can picnic and Bar-B-Q right in the park. In the park you will also find the entrance to the Betty Steflik Nature Reserve with a boardwalk over the wetlands all the way to a fishing pier on the intracoastal water way. One block in the opposite direction is the beach and the start of the boardwalk that runs right through the town past the pier. There are lifeguards to watch the children in the water while mom and dad relax and work on their suntan. The kids will have a ball especially if you rent them a belly board from the local surf shop.
