The open concept main level features a huge, fully and well equipped gourmet kitchen with lots of windows, Quartz countertops, fully stocked built in pantry, french door refrigerator with freezer and icemaker below, and a custom made center island "table" for everyone to participate in the food preparation, and for casual meals. A huge dining room with wood burning fire place for chilly fall days and built in bookcases. The space flows into the spacious Cathedral-ceilinged living room with a huge screened dining porch on one side, and an open sundeck surrounded by trees, with Adirondack chairs in the back. The first master bedroom opens off the living room. It also has cathedral ceilings, ceiling fan, windows galore, a large and private covered porch with arm chars, a brand new bathroom with double vanities, built in shelving and a huge open European shower complete with rain-shower head. This bathroom was a king bedroom before the recent renovation; the shower alone is ginormous! Some of our guests have been known to take videos of their loved ones taking a shower to show their friends at home.... This room has its private shaded deck with comfy chairs for two, overlooking the trees and the fish cleaning table below.On this level, off the hallway from the kitchen to the stairs and the "Back of House" there Is another full bathroom with soaking tub/shower, 48” wide well lit vanity with mirrored wall cabinet, as well as a laundry room with washer and dryer, and a utility closet under the stair with spare light bulbs, flashlights, batteries, high chair and kid arm chair, and other necessities.
