The 2nd bedroom is a pass through between the living room and kitchen and includes a double mattress and a single pull out. The 3rd bedroom is a single, but has a pull out trundle bed for an additional person. The living room couch is also very comfortable and able to sleep one. Please be aware this is a smaller cottage as it is only 750 sq ft. Full Bathroom with shower. AC Units in most rooms. 2 compact parking spaces, with guest parking only 3 houses down.
