Outdoor shower, garden furniture, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. 200 m long bumpy motor access. Parking on the premises. Shop 3 km, supermarket 10 km, restaurant 3 km, bus stop 14.5 km, sandy beach "Cabedelo" 45 km, outdoor swimming pool 11 km. Golf course (18 hole) 12 km. Nearby attractions: Praia fluvial Rio Lima 5 km, Viana do Castelo, Braga, Guimarães 40 km, Praias (surf). Hiking paths: Parque Nacional Peneda Gerês 23 km.
