"Room was clean and spacious. The room I booked has a balcony that had a very nice Mountain view. There was breakfast included and I had that at the balcony of my room with that great view. There was vendor passed by selling Taho too and many went down to get one! The location is a bit far from the city center, but very close to the Mirador Hill Peace Memorial. I just walked there from the hotel. The sound proof was not great and there was chimes from the lift. So you will hear people talking and steps when they pass the corridor, when the lift arrives every time, when people talk at the balcony or turn on the TV a bit loud. Anyhow, the bed and blanket were comfy with hot shower. I had quite a comfort stay."

"The owner is very helpful and friendly. All our needs are being met. My friends and I enjoyed our stay especially the view from the balcony every morning. They also offered us a city tour package, which I think was the best for beginners or first timers in Baguio. The only problem is the location. Transportation is a bit of a problem here if you don't want to bring your car or if you don't have one. Limited transportation since Grab/Taxi are also limited in Baguio due to the numbers of tourists, plus if you're a first timer for sure you don't know how to commute to downtown. But all in all, our stay is 8/10. I wished we could stay longer next time. Thank youuu."

"I had a pleasant and comfortable stay here. The room was clean, cozy, and nicely designed with warm lighting. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made me feel welcome. Overall, a good experience — just a few small things could be improved, but I’d still be happy to stay here again. 😊"

"The location is near the city center, like 10 minutes away from SM but the problem is traffic. So it will take up to 30 minutes from the city center. Everything is fine, we were able to book on the same day and check in late at around 8pm, Breakfast is included but it's not appetizing, my concern is with the bathroom, it smells like cockroach when I tried to open the cabinet below the sink where the heater switch is located. I hope it was more accessible, since the bathroom is small it was hard for me to crouch down and turn it on, plus the smell of the cockroach. Overall if you just want to sleep for a night it's a good choice."

"We had a wonderful 3-days stay at Lee boutique hotel. The atmosphere feels homey and welcoming, making it easy to settle in right away. The rooms and bathrooms are spotless, with fresh sheets and towels, which added to the comfort. I especially appreciated that the TV comes with Netflix, perfect for winding down after a day out. Our room also had a AC, a balcony with a lovely view, which made mornings and evenings extra enjoyable. The staff were consistently kind and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. Their warmth really elevated the experience. The only downside I noticed was that the bathtub can be a bit slippery, so guests should be cautious."

"Highly recommended. The service and welcome are exceptional, as is the hotel’s exquisite forest location and ambience in Camp John Hay, Baguio. Although it’s quite an old hotel, the highest standards are delivered. It’s quite expensive, although the dining and drinking options are priced quite reasonably for a hotel of this nature. We really enjoyed a very relaxing stay, enjoying the outdoor views and easygoing classic charm. Great job, and thank you!"

"I stayed at Selandra and it truly exceeded my expectations. At first, there was a minor issue, but the host quickly resolved it with such grace and professionalism. She made sure I was comfortable and even asked if I had any questions or concerns about the place—she was more than happy to help. Her hospitality was genuinely warm and reassuring. I celebrated my 25th birthday here, and I couldn’t have picked a better place. The space is not only aesthetic and peaceful, but also reliable for remote work—the internet connection was solid throughout my stay. If you're looking for a quiet and beautifully designed place to unwind, this is perfect. Definitely a 10 out of 10. Just a small note: the location is a bit tucked away, so if you're not into long walks, it’s best to book a Grab going to and from the listing, especially since it's not along the main road. But aside from that, everything was amazing. I highly recommend her place!"

They were consistently polite, attentive, and always willing to assist, which really made a difference in our overall experience. The cleanliness of the hotel is outstanding. Rooms, hallways, and common areas are spotless, and you can tell that housekeeping takes pride in their work. The rooms are well-kept, comfortable, and provide everything you need for a relaxing stay. Another highlight is the location. The hotel is conveniently situated—close enough to the heart of Baguio for easy access to popular spots, yet far enough to enjoy a calm and peaceful atmosphere. It’s a great balance for both relaxation and exploring the city. The unlimited breakfast was a pleasant surprise. The food was tasty and filling, giving us the energy we needed to start our day of sightseeing. A bit more variety in the menu would be nice for guests staying multiple nights, but overall, it was a great perk. What we really loved was the view from the hotel—absolutely beautiful and one of the things that makes this stay memorable. Waking up to the cool Baguio breeze and a nice view is definitely a bonus. Overall, Hotel Urban Khotel (Kurban Hotel) exceeded our expectations. Clean, well-located, friendly staff, delicious breakfast, and great views—everything you’d want in a Baguio getaway. "nice hotel with breakfast buffet and heated swimming pool good for family bonding, unfortunately the staff was not that friendly and the bellman seems like you need to give him a tip after his service and also the receptionist but I would like to commend the housekeepers, lifeguard and parking staff for always greeting us. I would definitely come back because of the hotel amenities"
