Amenities were good, nice big pool, easy access to the room by the lift? Although is only one. Food and service too notch - plenty of options for the breakfast buffet (both sweet and savoury, Asian and Western food available). People were very friendly and helpful, especially Kent from the restaurant/pool bar and Micah from reception. The distance from the beach is about 10-15 minutes, trikes are available if needed. The transport service between the mainland and Boracay is very easy, convenient and price is competitive with the other providers (I chose their transport service as it is very very convenient - they have their own private port). 5 minutes distance from supermarket quite a big one up the hill. The best part is that the hotel has staff downstairs by the lift that offer a big list of activities, all the way from helicopter 🚁 island tour to snorkeling, gun shooting, islands hopping etc. - I used their service as the price is below the market by 200-300 PHP, highly recommended!

I want to start by commending the housekeeping and room quality. My room was well-appointed, clean, and comfortable, which I truly appreciated. Unfortunately, the service standards did not match the quality of the accommodation. Since this was my first time staying with in this hotel, I wanted to share specific instances that affected my experience: • Dining Protocols: During lunch, staff began breaking down the buffet without informing dining guests. As I was still eating, this felt dismissive. A simple ”last call” announcement would have been appreciated. Similarly, during breakfast, my table was fully cleared while I was away getting dessert, creating confusion. Better training on recognizing when a guest has actually finished dining is needed. • Menu Expectations: I was disappointed to find the lunch menu significantly more limited than what is currently advertised in vlogs and online marketing. Managing these expectations is crucial for guest satisfaction. • Front Desk Efficiency: The check-out process was surprisingly slow. For travelers on a tight schedule, an inefficient check-out can create significant stress regarding flight times. I suggest reviewing your staffing or systems during peak departure hours.

Our stay at this hotel in Boracay was absolutely perfect from start to finish. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we truly felt welcomed and well taken care of throughout our entire stay. The staff and manager were outstanding very friendly, approachable, and genuinely helpful. They always greeted us with warm smiles and were more than happy to assist with all of our requests, making sure we were comfortable and satisfied at all times. Their excellent service really made our vacation extra special. The room and facilities were beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, providing a relaxing and cozy atmosphere after a long day at the beach. You can really feel the attention to detail and care put into keeping the place spotless and inviting. As a small and friendly suggestion, it would be wonderful to have a full-body mirror in each room. It would be a nice addition for guests to do a quick outfit or fit check before heading out to enjoy Boracay 😊 Overall, we had an amazing experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Boracay. We had a wonderful experience at Belmont Hotel Boracay. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout our stay, always ready to assist with a smile. Their warm hospitality truly made a difference. The breakfast buffet was another highlight—there were plenty of options to choose from, and everything was fresh and delicious. It was the perfect way to start each day. We also want to commend one of the trainees, Abram. He stood out with his professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine willingness to help. His excellent service made our stay even more enjoyable. Belmont is lucky to have someone like him on their team! Overall, We highly recommend Belmont Hotel Boracay and will definitely stay here again.

Awesome clean, very good location. Though not on the beach but just 3 min walk to beach. All employees are well behaved and courteous. Booked two rooms for 5 nights and found the towels have stains some days. Hand towels are provided on request. Rooms are cleaned once a day whenever requested. Very good attitude but they sometimes do not or forget to refill the amenities, upon informing immediately takes action. Though not a big issue, but they do not provide Wellcome drinks and even do not provide water to drink even your are thirsty before checkin. This is inhumane. They also did not provide extra glass in room for guests visiting us repeatedly. Do not believe they do not have extra glass. Breakfast is only Philippine food, everyday almost same. One day they served us grilled chicken for us since beef was in the menu for breakfast. I definitely recommend this hotel 😊

Thank you for making our first trip to Boracay truly memorable, especially for my senior father. We loved the room, amenities, food, pool, and overall service. The staff were all very accommodating and friendly. The place was spotless, with daily room cleaning, and the beachfront location was perfect. We also appreciated the complimentary drinks upon our arrival. Most of all, thank you for granting our special request for my father’s 70th birthday — it meant a lot to us. We’ll definitely be coming back next year. Again, thank you so much!

We stayed here for 4D3N, the location is located almost the end of Station 3, not crowded but it has the best sunset view. Swimming pools are clean, buffet breakfast is good. Kudos to Sir Jesse of Sky Lounge, I celebrated my birthday and he spontaneously gave us complimentary drink and flashed my name in the LED screen. The only downside we experienced was the broken elevator. The bath gel smells so nice! We will definitely go back! Superb stay! You need to walk by foot from the highway, around 10mins walk but locals knew the hotel by “BOC” and is famous for foam party. One of the highlights of our stay is the fire dancers who performed. They are so AMAZING and ENGAGING!! We are at awe! Thank you for the service!

We stayed at Lola’s Lodge in Boracay and booked their new twin room. The room was clean and comfortable, with two beds and its own toilet and bath. It also had towels, air-conditioning and a fan, which made the stay very pleasant, especially after a long day at the beach. For its price, the place is really affordable—only ₱1200 per night for 2 people, considering the excellent location. It’s right in D’Mall very close to Budget Mart and just a short walk to the beachfront, so everything you need is easily accessible. Another thing we liked is that they have a shared kitchen which is convenient if you prefer to cook your own meals. The staff were friendly and helpful as well. Overall, Lola’s Lodge is a great budget-friendly option in Boracay. You get comfort, convenience, and a perfect location without spending too much. Highly recommended for travelers looking for value for money. Highly recommended and will book in the future.

Stayed 2 days and 3 nights. Room was small but fit 4 people; wish there was a side table or small cabinet, and a freshener in the bath/toilet. For the price with free breakfast, still worth it! Staff gave excellent service, and you can freely use their kitchen for your own meals.
