The resort's picturesque location amidst the breathtaking beauty of Manali's landscape and Most Definitely The Himalayas View immediately captured my heart. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that made me feel right at home. The accommodations were top-notch, offering spacious and elegantly designed rooms that provided both comfort and luxury. The dining experience was a culinary delight, with a wide array of delicious dishes that satisfied my palate. What truly sets Bookmark Resorts apart is the impeccable service provided by the staff, who went above and beyond to cater to my every need with a genuine smile. Whether it was arranging transportation or providing recommendations for local attractions, they were always ready to assist with the utmost professionalism. My time at Bookmark Resorts Manali was nothing short of magical, and I wholeheartedly give it a five-star rating.

We recently stayed at this hotel during our Manali trip, and honestly, it turned out to be one of the best decisions of our journey. The biggest advantage of this place is its location. It’s at a comfortable walking distance from Mall Road, which made things extremely convenient for us. We could easily go for evening walks, shopping, cafés, and still return easily. The hotel itself is very clean and well maintained. The rooms were spacious, neat which is very important. The beds were comfortable, and hot water was available all the time. Waking up to the mountain view from the room was truly refreshing and made our mornings special. The staff deserves a special mention. Everyone was polite, friendly, and always ready to help, whether it was arranging local sightseeing, guiding us about nearby places, or helping with small requests. The food was fresh, tasty, and homely, especially breakfast and dinner. You can tell they focus on quality rather than just serving meals. The hotel felt very safe and peaceful. Families with kids will feel comfortable here, as the environment is calm and secure. Overall, it’s a warm, welcoming hotel that makes you feel at home while enjoying the beauty of Manali.

Although the location is not easily accessible, the hotel was welcoming inside. The room waa spacious enough but did not have a cupboard! overall the abieince was quiet. Toilet and toiletries was decent. The highlight was their restaurant, that was worth mentioning. One one side was the snow capped mountains, the music was soothing. The breakfast spread was simple and fresh. And the staff were very warm and friendly, worth mentioning again. Overall if its only for a night's stay, it's good enough.

Wonderful property in the heart of Manali, property is near Burwa village and surrounded with mountains & greeneries. Just 7Km from main bus stand. Hotel offers local sight seeing with group. They have a rooftop cafe which serves delicious foods. All together property is a gem with various ammenities

We booked premium cottage which was on the top floor but nowhere it was mentioned that there’s no washroom inside the room but they gave us another room which was ok ok types. There is no view from the room it’s just a small window. Only issue we faced is the size of the room is small and there’s no lift. Or else it was clean room.
