Malang Grand Palace Hotel sijaitsee aivan kaupungin keskustan laidalla. Sijainti on melko hyvä. Heti hotellista ulos tultuasi oikealla puolella on monia tienvarsikojuja, indonesialaisia ​​välipalakojuja ja paikallisia hedelmäkojuja. Jos olet tottunut indonesialaiseen ruokaan, se on varsin hyvää. Hotellin aula ei ole hyvin suunniteltu. Huoneita ei ole paljon ja ne ovat pieniä. Hygienia on OK, mutta kylpyhuone on liian niukasti varusteltu. Siellä on vain hammasharja ja saippua. Se ei sovi yritysasiakkaille.

Location is good, bit old but ok. Bit a waste to order room with balkon, cause the balkon is small and dirty, no chairs or table, dusty, definitelly not cleaned maybe for weeks. The room is big, the bed is niceand clean, bath room is ok, not smelly but need more cleaning. Some ornaments in the room are dusty. Overall is ok.

Pelayanan sangat ramah,,,,semoga segera bisa ada lift nya,,bersih kamar nya, luas juga melebihi hotel lainnya , yg gak terduga tuh ada kolam bocil nya 😍

Great location and large room. The hotel is a historic building but the room looked old and a bit run down. Personally I didn’t like that the window looked out on the exterior walkway and sitting areas with a light so if the curtains are open for natural light everyone can see inside. It should also be noted that the pool is used for children’s swimming lessons so it can be busy at times and doesn’t have a lot of space for guests to relax. The cafe out front is a favorite with good service and food.
