The hotel is centrally located, close to restaurants, shops, and the old city, just a five-minute walk from the sea. The staff is very respectful, and the rooms are clean. Special thanks to Mr. Bilal, the reception manager, and his colleagues.

Everything is perfect

The hotel is located in the city center, close to restaurants, shops and cafes. It is also very close to the touristic places in Baku. There is a lovely lady at the reception who speaks fluent English and very helpful to me. The hotel also has a restaurant overlooking the street and serves all meals.

The only thing I would say is - Location. I had the worst experience for the first time. Hygiene is zero in this hotel. I was with my family and we were not even able to stand for few mins in washroom. Rooms, bed, chair and the curtains everything are so old, we could not even try to sit or use properly. The water heater was never washed it seems from let few months or years. Room and washroom are smelling very bad and couldn’t take our bath in our overall stays. We were happy to stay outside through the day and night rather going back to hotel! Horrible experience we had!
