Additional Rules: • All guests must be 25+ (children with parents okay) • 8 person max • We ask that you park no more than 5 vehicles in the driveway. A site plan clearly depicting lot lines and parking spaces is attached • No parties or events. The Town of Baileys Harbor has mandated quiet hours of 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. and we ask that you comply with the Town’s noise and nuisance ordinances in all hours. • No smoking • No pets • We provide a start of toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, and dish soap but you may need to buy more for longer stays. • We supply hand soap • We do not supply any shampoo, conditioner, or body wash. • No late check out or early check-in. If you arrive early or check out late there will be a $50 charge per. • Controlled bonfires are allowed in the fire pit in the backyard. Fires MUST be contained within the fire ring and we advise extinguishing fires with water and replacing the lid after use. • No fires outside of the firpit in the backyard (including candles) • Trash and recycling are on the west side of the home • We supply trash bags for inside garbage • Trash/recycling is picked up on Tuesday mornings at 6am.
