Struttura confortevole e bella .

Desde a receção quando chegámos ao hotel até à forma amistosa com que se despediram de nós! Foi uma estadia simplesmente incrível! O Hotel é um dos hotéis mais bonitos que já conhecemos (e nós viajamos muito)! A simpatia e tentativa dos funcionários de nos integrarem na festa de passagem de ano foi simplesmente deslumbrante! Sentimo-nos tão felizes que não podíamos ter pedido um início de ano diferente! Tenho a certeza que voltaremos quem sabe no Verão e numa outra passagem de ano! ❤️

The hotel is beautiful and the beach amazing, the problem is that you have to pay to use it. The pool seems to be great but you can't swim without a cap, and they don't provide one (not available to buy or rent either). The hotel is a wedding location so fireworks at 2am and loud music every night during my stay (4 nights in August). Not a tourism relaxing hotel, the focus is weeding party and guests.

Top für einen Kurztrip ans Meer! Schönes, neues, modern eingerichtetes Hotel in einer nicht mehr ganz so glänzenden Gegend. Tiptop für ein paar wenige Nächte direkt am Strand.

Hermoso Hotel alejado de la ciudad. Muy bien el Hotel es agradable, cuenta con restaurante, Bar, Piscina, Playa y otras amenidades. La verdad es un lugar para ir a descansar y olvidarse del estres de la ciudad.

Tutto molto bello... Ma... La struttura è molto bella, così come la spiaggia. Tuttavia alcuni particolari non sono all'altezza di un 4 stelle. Tralasciandone alcuni, mi soffermerò in particolar modo sulla freddezza, per non dire la scortesia del personale della sala colazione, dove nessuno, in due giorni, mi ha avvicinato per chiedermi cosa gradissi (il cappuccino o il caffè si possono fare con il distributore... Ahimè). Ma la cosa davvero insopportabile è l'invasività della musica sia in spiaggia che nel giardino, a partire dalla colazione e per tutta la giornata. Inoltre lo svolgersi di eventi come i matrimoni non permette di riposare fino a tarda notte per la musica ed il frastuono fin nelle camere... Peccato...

Not Pet Friendly! I had read the reviews about the rudeness of staff, and unfortunately experienced it during our stay. The restaurant and beach bar staff are very nice, but the reception staff were rude, unfriendly and unhelpful. We had booked this hotel specifically because it was pet friendly, but on arrival were told we could not have our two standard poodles in our room, their policy is 10 lbs weight limit. After consultation with manager, we were told we could stay if we took another room that was not seaview as I had booked, and over $300 more for two nights. After much discussion back and forth, they finally let us stay in the room we had booked. Needless to say, this was not a good start to our stay. The facilities are very nice, but the rooms are tiny.

Nice but could be perfect If you do not book directly it is a charge of €40 to use beach loungers, if you are lucky to get a spot. The resturant has only 2x meat and one vegaterian option for a menu thats is over 10 pages across the 2x resturants. The main resturant food was very bland. Check out is at 10:30 and you have to haggle to use the pool for a couple of hours despite checkin being 1500. They just need to make a few options to be perfect

Non fate vacanze se cercate un posto tranquillo. 07:30 inizia la musica e si spegne alle 23:00. Sotto la camera a 3 metri si festeggiano matrimoni. Durante il giorno operai in piscina usano circolari per rendere piacevole il tutto.impiegati? Sono impegnati sui loro cellulari, se serve qualcosa bisogna scomodarli.

Beautiful property. Lovely staff, particularly Alfredo in the bar. Sadly, the food was not to our taste. We ate in the dining room twice, our first meal was poor - seafood pasta gooey and overly fishy. Seabream so salty almost inedible. Our second meal was much better, spectacular lamb and pulled pork. Regardless, we enjoyed our experience but would suggest servers do a quality check on the meals.
