Hotel Three Sixty

The hotel is really beautiful, the views are amazing, the villas are very spacious and the room hat also an amazing view! everything is really clean and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Just FYI: you really need a 4x4 to get to the hotel. We would definitely come again!

Solo fuimos a comer y para un masaje. La experiencia fue muy agradable, el lugar, espectacular! La vista que tienen es de verdad, muy impresionante. El servicio fue muy bueno. Perfecto para ir tipo 5 pm y ver la puesta del sol con su pareja. Muy romantico.

We stayed in the Hotel Three Sixty in Ojochal, Costa Rica, and had a real luxury experience, beginning right at the time of our arrival and spanning throughout our stay. Our villa was thoughtfully designed to blend modern comfort with natural beauty, whilst paying a lot of attention to every single aspect of the guest-experience. The on-site restaurant offers a culinary journey, serving exquisite dishes that combine local flavors and fresh ingredients. The hotel has a very open style, overlooking a vast, stunning jungle landscape, that you can also enjoy from the surrounding infinity-pool. The service is exceptional and we felt like being in a luxury, tranquil retreat within Costa Rica’s raw nature. We’ll definitely come back!

My wife and I stayed at Hotel Three Sixty for 6 nights as part of a 10 day trip to CR for our honeymoon. We flew into SJO, and the drive to Hotel Three Sixty took around 5 hours. We notified Hotel Three Sixty of our anticipated arrival time, & they placed a pre-order for us for dinner since we were arriving late in the evening. Once we arrived, we were greeted by Javier on the golf cart. He loaded up our bags and took us to the lobby where Alexa welcomed us with non-alcoholic welcome drinks. She showed us to our room where our bags were waiting for us. Our dinner arrived to our room just a few minutes later. The next few days is where the most outstanding, knowledgeable, attentive, and friendly staff made our experience so memorable. The staff anticipated our needs and provided a unique and personalized stay. It would be challenging for me to include all of the times we were blown away by their attention to detail. We stayed in a partial ocean view king suite. The room was spacious, and the floor to ceiling windows and large outdoor area gave us the opportunity to watch the sunrise with the monkeys (and Mr. Roberto) jumping in the trees just beyond our balcony. Our favorite meal of the day was breakfast. From the good quality coffee to the fresh fruit/smoothies to the fresh baked bread, everything we tried was delicious, and starting our day with 360 degree views of the rain forest and ocean set the tone for the day. We live in Colorado and considered the roads to the hotel to be comparable to the ones we find here in the mountains - nothing 4 wheel drive can’t handle. We want to give an extra special thank you to Ignacio, William, Javier, Jefferson and Paula for their local recommendations & knowledge of the property, as well as their humility, patience, and kindness. From the freshly blended fruit juice drinks in the morning to the amazing sunsets in the evening my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel 360. Customer service is at an all-time high. Couples massage was just what we needed and even the hot tub can be reserved for private time. Staff made sure we saw all the unique animals whenever they showed themselves around the property and always double and triple checked our plans every day so they knew when to expect us on site. We were able to make it to the mountain where the resort resides with just our low clearance 2 wheel drive. Three times in fact driving back from excursions and sight seeing (all three times in the dark). Really just one steep hill in which our tires seemed to be spinning at times trying to get traction. And for the picky eaters out there who may not care for seafood or sushi, the chicken strip basket is a hidden gem.
