Location is good as it is near jeepney stop however there is no jeepney if 7pm beyond. Heater is working, has shared kitchen so you can cook, no aircon but it is cold already and there is a fan. Highly recommended!

The cleanliness is outstanding, and everything feels well-maintained. I also felt very safe throughout my stay, which made the experience even more relaxing. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a clean and secure place to stay.
