チェックイン前に予約した部屋が冷房が無いの説明されて冷房の有る部屋にグレードアップするのも説明されそこから新たにお金の支払いをする事になるの説明されました仕方がな**のまま冷房の無い部屋に泊まりました最悪でした。

FOOD IS VERY DELICIOUS AND ROOM IS COMFORTABLE

Clean hotel, friendly staff and has a prking lot but the location is a bit far from the center

Booked 3 rooms for me and my family. The location was somehow far from the center, and the parking space was quite small. Nevertheless, the staff was really welcoming and accommodating, the rooms were spacious and clean. The lobby on the 2nd floor was great for working and chilling. Will recommend to friends and relatives who’s visiting Baguio with their own transportation as taxi is quite expensive.

Great service from the hotel staff. They provided ironing amenities and blower upon request. I even called at 5am to ask for toiletries and dental care on our last day and they were able to provide. The premises was clean and the location is out from the city but there’s a lot of taxis passing by so it’s not hard to go to the city. From our room I had a view of the sunrise.

시내가기전이라서 공기, 뷰는 더할나위없이 좋았구요. 그냥 딱 그만큼하는 호텔입니다. 청결에 조금만 신경썼으면 좋겠구요. 혼자 지내는데는 전혀 문제없었습니다. 조식도 맛있었구요. 걍츄합니다.

Cheap Hotel/Customer Service We asked the front desk and staff for hot water and if we can lend plates, cups and cutlery’s. They told us that they will bring it to the room, we haven’t received anything from them. Asked again, and still no one accommodated us. Very disappointed. Also I would like to comment on the towels coz it looks like it was not properly washed. It’s okay to reuse bath towels however they should at least bleach them or use something to remove the stains and dirt. We stayed 2 days in the hotel but we were only given 2 bottles of water. The sink and the drainage is barado. Ok

There was a karaoke bar or disco bar beside the hotel and it was very noisy during our stay and that we can’t sleep. If you don’t have car, the area is very inconvenient as you only will take taxi to go around the town area.

Mountain view amazing The mountain view is wonderful!

It's not worth it. The room was not yet ready when we checked in at 17 (5pm), three hours after our check-in time. We even called ahead earlier for a possible early check-in and on the phone confirmed that the room would be ready at 13:30 (1:30pm). Staff was neither friendly nor helpful stating their policy to be either check in at 14 or 17, which is not according to the information provided on the listing nor in the booking confimration. Rooms are clean-ish, but very worn and bathroom was scaly, shower head was very grimey. Very noisy area, live music, nightclub, dogs barking, and chickens. It was hard to sleep with all that noise during the entire night.

Baguio's hidden gem! Our stay was amazing! Staffs are all friendly from the security guard to the front desk, housekeeping, and room service! They have a good selection of food in Hoka -their on-site restaurant! The room was amazing with the mountain view! Will definitely stay again!
