"My wife and I have been to this hotel on two occasions and we have been very satisfied on both of them. The hotel is beautifully decorated and very clean everywhere you go. Our room was perfect for our needs (our priority was the thermal pool experience!) and we were very impressed with their restaurant which works on a buffet system for the clients. The dish offerings were numerous and the quality of the food was excellent! The pool experience was very positive with both an indoor and outdoor section. We used the pool while snow was falling! I highly recommend this hotel! Check on their website to see if there are any special offers which the hotel does fairly frequently."

"Varattu tämä hotelli, koska se sijaitsee juuri pääkaksiratamatkalla ja oli hyvä tieyhteys Cesena ja Forli junat ja hyvät linkit takaisin Firenze ja Pisa lentokentälle. Hotelli sijaitsee kaupungin ytimessä ja sisäänkäynti ei ole näkyvissä tien. Se on oma pysäköinti €6 per yö, mutta kaupungin ympärillä on paljon pysäköintialueita, valkoinen linja-alueet ovat Vapaa!! Sininen rivillä tilaa, jonka maksat, joten tarkista rivit! Tarkistuksessa oli helppoa ja henkilöstö oli ystävällinen ja informatiivinen. Uima-allas oli lämmin ja katto avautui kesällä. Juhlailija oli tietoinen ja innoissaan selittää, että uima-allas on lämmitetty luonnon kevät ja että rikkihaju oli näistä kevät ja hyvä iholle. Uima-allas oli tarpeeksi pitkä uimaan ja oli kuplajetteja ja putoavan veden. On myös suurempi lämpötila, mutta meillä ei ollut aikaa käyttää sitä. Aamiainen oli hyvä valikoima kylmää lihaa ja juustoa, pastaa ja kakkuja jne., mutta ei lämmintä vaihtoehtoa. We ate in the hotel twice it was so good. The pool and spa were spotless and well maintained), We hoped for the same when we checked out and into their 5 star sister hotel Grand Hotel Da Vinci, but it was not a patch . Miramonti is attentive personal care and attention from all the staff, with a special mention to reception and the housekeeping staff. The young restaurant staff were efficient but, unlike the more mature staff member who was very personable, they need to develop their personability as they were a little aloof and off hand. "

"We have always been to Abano while we have a child and it is a nice to place to go in winter as all the hotels have big indoor pools that give you the impression of being “at the beach”. This year we wanted to change and opted for Euroterme. What a difference! The hotel is very big, the rooms ok. Staff is overall disinterested in customer care. The food was ok but the self service restaurant is a nightmare. Basically the staff is there just to take used plates away. For the rest they don’t care: no napkins, you have to look for the bread, the water, wine, coffee at breakfast etc etc. All very cheap. The pool is nice but too small for the hotel and they also accept external guests. On Saturday we did not go as it was super full. The beds are limited so you have to leave them while you go for a bath…no relax at all! Cleaning is ok but not wow. Will we go back? No grazie"
