We had a very good stay at this hotel. My family enjoyed the stay. The view from our balcony was amazing. Waking up to view of hills and waterfalls was great. The hotel has a very homely feel, with helpful staffs. Krishanth and Sarathi were very helpful. Wouldn't call its a full fledged hotel, it's somewhere in between a home stay and a hotel and a very good one at that. The food was good and tasty. Overall a hotel with great view from your room and helpful staffs

Room dirty. Towels & bed linen threadbare & stained. No a/c which wasn’t a problem but the fan was broken & constant power cuts. After a sleepless night, breakfast was cold toast,,,all the supposedly hot stuff,, rice, dhal, curry etc also stone cold. There was tea & coffee but once finished it wasn’t replenished. We asked to move room ,,, not possible & blamed the power cuts on the government? Not much English spoken, not friendly or smiley like other places. We gave up after one night & moved hotels

La situation dans les hauteur lui donne une vue époustouflante ce qui est l'attrait majeur de cet établissement Pour le reste rien n'est folichon mais rien n'est à critiquer non plus La déco est sommaire mais la literie est bonne Le petit déjeuner est complet Apportez des produits contre les moustiques et les mouches ou vous ne dormirez pas bien

What a comfortable stay. I must tell that the amenities in the room were carefully picked. Nothing to complain. Eveything you need for a holiday even in the cheapest room. What a thinking by the owner who i think is a lady. I only stayed one night and i cannot comment much on the food but the breakfast was excellent. This is 100% worth the money you pay. Highly recommended.

The room is spacious and stylish. Furniture and plumbing are fresh. There's 2 beds - double bed and single bed. The view during sunrise is amazing 😍 it's even much better than the view from Little Adam's pick.. From terrace you can see also waterfall and train. Dinner is really tasty, I could definitely say it was the best in SL. The staff is so friendly, I really miss them... I'd like to visit Ella again only because of the hotel 🙈😄 and I would recommend to stay here at least for 2 days with dinnes included)

Une vue , un accueil, un confort au top ! La chambre et la douche sont spacieuses. La Clim est la bienvenue avec la chaleur de la saison. La terrasse de la chambre offre une vue sur la vallée époustouflante. Le ballet des oiseaux est simplement sublime. ( des oiseaux migrateurs s’y attardent) Nous avons mangé à l’extérieur ( Cafe Chill ) ce qui intéressant au vue de la vie nocturne animée de la ville. Le petit déjeuner était bon. En plus de la vue, c’est le service qui fait tout le charme de l’endroit. Du propriétaire aux bagagistes en passant par les jardiniers. Si nous repassons par Ella, nous y reviendrons sans hésiter !

Good views and food was good. The staff was good too. Standard rooms are not good, steps everywhere inside the room, lighting is poor, bathrooms are not maintained . The rooms are not what are shown on the photo in the advertisement.

The location of the hotel on the top of the mountain and of our room on the top floor with panoramic huge window guarantee spectacular view and balance all the minor disadvantages (lack of antimosquito nets, shampoo, shower gel, modest breakfast).

We stayed there for 1 night, and it was the worst room we were at Sri Lanka. The only good thing was amazing view and breakfast which was also acceptable. The room was really bad, the sheets were dirty and there was a toilet full of ants. We told this at the reception but nobody didn’t even apologized for it. Thank god it was just 1 night.
