酒店除了位置好 服務人員非常友好 其他的真一般 可以説完全是酒店領導層的問題 我訂車從機場到酒店 車程四小時 要五千披索 途中順路停靠接人的話竟然要額外多付四千八披索 多出的路程甚至衹有十分鐘 更搞笑的是 竟然要求我先付車費才能預訂 我訂了兩晚的房間 需要用車你告訴我需要先付錢？？？ 你是怕我跑了房間不住了？？ 房間每天衹有兩瓶礦泉水免費 再想要就要付費 搞笑嗎？？熱帶海島 一天一千多人民幣的房間 礦泉水衹給兩瓶 去山上溯溪 大概二十分鐘路程 用車需要三千八披索 而我們找了旅行社 兩個摩託車 來回衹需要三百披索 酒店蚊子很多 除蚊做的非常差 以上問題可以看出 完全是酒店管理層的定位有問題 服務人員都很熱情 但不會去第二次了 垃圾管理層

距離機場接近3小時的車程，渡假村管理不錯。衛生也OK。但是小黑蚊比較多，建議住客做好防蚊措施。

Excellent service, An extremely pleasant atmosphere

This place was stunning and was a beautiful get away vacation. The staff is very friendly and professional and the place is well looked after! The only negative thing is that the restaurant/ food is quite expensive.

島內酒店設施十分好，環境一流，食物出品也很好，spa手勢很好很舒服，這個極力推薦價錢合理，喜歡大自然放鬆環境這是一個很好的地方，房間主要是大自然元素沒有豪華感但乾淨整潔，入住時一定要問職員給一張被子。

第三天早上還是去吃酒店自助早餐，選擇了另外一個口味。吃完飯還是去酒店海灘玩，酒店免費提供半小時皮划艇，我們還抓到了海蔘，好粗好粗的海蔘，當地人告訴我們可以吃，衹可惜沒有辦法加工，如果酒店能提供加工，像國內這樣，多好。晚上可以搭酒店員工快艇出島，門口突突車，儘量談到兩百批，他可以送你去墨寶小鎮，吃飯逛街，並且讓他等你，送你回來，同樣價格。很開心的。 住了三天，在第一個晚上被跳蚤咬了，並且衹咬我一個人。是在床上，因為第二天早上總是會身上多出來紅點。希望這方面加強管理。 其他都滿意，就是跳蚤咬我好癢，唯一的缺憾。

The rooms are a bit scary, the ocean is not that appealing in person but overall stay is fine.

El personal muy amable y educado. En cuanto a precio, es demasiado caro en comparación a las instalaciones y servicios, incluido el restaurante y el spa. Solo hay un restaurante y no hay mucha variedad. Hay una piscina con cascada pero hay que pagar para usarla, debería estar incluido en el precio. La piscina general cierra a las 5pm, demasiado pronto, no se pude bañar de noche. No ofrecen excursiones económicas para buceo en Moalboal, deberían mejorarlo. Solo se pude acceder en barco, u el hotel solo incluye trayecto de check in y check out, el resto hay que pagarlos. Realizan espectáculo de bailes tradicionales los sábados noche y con mesas en la zona de la piscina, buena e interesante experiencia.

The resort is great! Its staff are helpful. We took public transport from the airport and we had no much trouble going to the resort. We stayed in a pool villa and every cent is worth it. I just wish they could provide more drinking water in the room. The allocation is only 2 water bottles (330ml) per day, which is not enough given that you have to hydrate after spending time at the beach. The staff offered to refill our water bottles, which we do not have considering we came all the way from the airport.
