温泉からも歩いていけて、部屋もレストランも快適でした。フロントの対応もよく、24時間受付てもらえるのもありがたかったです。ドイツに来る時はまたぜひ来たいです！

The most perfect hotel for a 2 night trip to Baden-Baden. A super cool hotel in a brilliant location near to the thermal baths, shops and restaurants, parks and bus stops to the airport and Merkur (amongst other must visit attractions). I cannot fault this hotel at all and we were blown away by how great it was. Every detail was considered and executed perfectly. I was expecting a budget experience from the incredible price paid but there is nothing budget about it at all! Our room was spotless, the perfect size and very comfortable. Super comfy beds with heavy down duvet and 2 different sized pillows for each person. Soft fresh towels and good quality toiletries in the bathroom. Perfect well considered lighting throughout the room. Ample storage and hangers. Clothes steamer, hairdryer, kettle, safe and coffee machine in the room. Good power shower with 3 settings. We had a roadside room and experienced no noise at all. Check in and check out (which isn’t until 12noon which was so handy!) was super easy and quick and the hotel accommodated us a little early which was very kind. Super cool lounge area with a vending machine to access drinks and snacks. We didn’t use this service (as we didn’t find out until our last day) but the hotel reception is able to hire plug adapters if you need and had umbrellas and bathing bags should you want it to visit the spas. The gym was accessible 24 hours but again we didn’t use. We did use the luggage storage room which is secure and free which is perfect! I cannot recommend Tribe enough!!

My partner and I stayed at TRIBE Baden-Baden, and we had an exceptional stay. We were only there for one night but our stay was 5 stars. A beautiful, modern, stylish and convenient hotel a stones throw away from Caracalla spa and the main town. The staff were wonderful and spoke English very well! I loved the room and the Kevin Murphy products were such a treat! I also thought the bag storage area was so smart an handy. Very lovely stay, thank you.

A Stefanie foi extremamente prestável e simpática. A outra colega, atirou com um formulário para cima da bancada, não deu saudações, foi preciso dizer-lhe duas vezes boa tarde, para que mal respondesse, foi extremamente rude.

很 helpful 的員工, 本人訂房時, 訂錯了日期, 原本是不能更改, 員工好好地免費為我們改日期, 又主動介紹附近景點給我們。 去市中心只需十分鐘內。其實一條直路就到。。

服務較差，告知前台三次，住宿三天才來打掃了一次房間； 打掃房間時，看着免費的瓶裝水空瓶，也不補充； 自助早餐，其他歐洲人報房號即可，看我們是亞洲人，要求我們填寫姓名、房間號，當然沒有慣着她……

酒店位置非常好，離兩個温泉都很近，去城中心也不遠，步行可達

整體感覺非常好, 酒店設計新穎， 酒店附近環境很好， 設備俱全, 服務熱情, 靠近兩間浴場 , 浸浴方便, 唯獨房間有點細， 酒店較難找尋入口， 並需要行一段斜路。

非常友好，酒店新（照片1的盡頭右邊即酒店建築），有自助存行李櫃，各方面都值得稱讚，早餐豐盛，就在著名的2處温泉旁，漫步10分鐘到老城中心

Sehr chaotisch, Personal weiß untereinander nicht die korrekten Abläufe…trotz dreitägiger Buchung wurde ich mehrmals aufgefordert das Zimmer zu räumen. Immer wieder Entschuldigungen und danach wurde ich wieder aufgefordert, das Zimmer zu verlassen. Beim Frühstück 4mal von unterschiedlichem Personal nach meiner Zimmernummer gefragt. Sauberkeit Badraum befriedigend. Garagenreservierung eine Katastrophe…Einlasskarte funktioniert …soll 25,00 € bezahlen für reservierten Parkplatz, der letztendlich dann besetzt ist und trotz Einlasskarte soll man klingeln, damit die Schranke geöffnet wird. Rundum der Aufenthalt war mangelhaft…zuguterletzt musste ich abends an der Bar von mehreren Gästen Beschwerden anhören, das letztlich meine Erfahrung nachhaltig bestätigte!

Very chic hotel which only need 2 mins walk to the hot spring. Breakfast was not bad.

The front desk David is a very nice person with great hospitality. Will choose to stay again in Baden-baden!
