Hotel Zum Goldenen Löwen

Very quaint boutique hotel in the heart of the old town... Beautiful shopping district with lots of restaurantsnand a beautiful park with river to walk through (nearby). Walking distance to 2 thermal pool spas. If self driving there is no parking at the hotel, but there are a couple of parking garages nearby (4 blocks). Its very charming.

Clients for 20 years We have stayed here many times & it has always been the most welcoming hotel with the most beautiful restaurant...we would never stay anywhere else. Clean, quiet, perfect.

Horrible service, thin walls, no on-site parking Extremely misleading description of the property! ABSOLUTELY NO PARKING ON SITE. We checked the app and hotel website, both of which said parking was on site. Completely false which was a priority for us. This put us in a bad position trying to find parking to check in, the hostess was extremely rude and we were placed in a room that was literally an exit stairwell. The hotel advertised multiple times a tennis court which is non existent. The breakfast across the street is nice but that’s about all that was pleasant about this stay. We could literally hear the guests breathing (not snoring) in the next room the walls are so thin. Great location but for the price would definitely choose to stay anywhere else next time. Parking was almost a full mile away on uneven ground, 9 euros a day and very difficult to park in.

L'hotel è in una posizione centrale a pochi passi dalle terme, dal casino e da tutte le attrazioni di Baden Baden. La camera era spaziosa e pulita però, anche se abbiamo soggiornato due notti, non è stata pulita dal personale dell'hotel e questo è molto deludente. La colazione dovevamo andare a farla presso l'hotel di fronte nonostante la struttura avesse un ristorante...quindi uscire all'aperto e rientrare in hotel. Il personale della reception molto scortese all'arrivo e il wi-fi nelle camere al secondo piano non funzionava bene costringendoti a scendere al primo piano per poter avere campo. Insomma nonostante la struttura sia bella dall'esterno e centralissima ci ha deluso molto il servizio. Speriamo siate più fortunati.
