I recently went to the Spanish GrandPrix and stayed in Badalona rather than the city of Barcelona. The place has a very nice atmosphere and is not really a tourist place. The cafes and restaurants where all really nice and great value. The hotel is basic but clean and the staff very helpful. The beach is right in front of the hotel and I swam in the sea which was fine. Rail links to the city are super , only two stops from Clot Argo where you change to get a direct train to the GP. Another good tip is buy your tickets at the track and save loads of money compared to buying on line. A three day pass for the GP was 130 euros. This is for general admission but on several days you can get access to most areas later on. I also went to the Nou Camp to see Barca play and bought the ticket at a tourist info centre .

We needed a break and wanted to see a friend who lives in Badalona, so as this seems to be the only hotel on the sea front we booked it. I used to work in the travel industry in Barcelona so it was nice to be close to the city but not stay there. We had a warm welcome when we arrived and the receptionist confirmed that I would get gluten free bread for breakfast as I am coeliac. The room was large enough and the bathroom was very clean and in better condition that many I have stayed in. OK between the hotel and the sea is the railway line which may distract some people but we were not aware of it. In the quiet of the night you can hear the waves gently lapping on the beach. Breakfast is buffet style and as soon as I entered the restaurant in the mornings I was presented with my basket of gluten free bread and muffins. As already mentioned in another review there was an issue with the orange juice machines, but someone was always on hand to use the manual juicer. We ate in the restaurant twice in the evenings, it's not open on Saturday and Sunday evenings. The chef was only too pleased to tell me what could be cooked gluten free and I was never disappointed. The bed was comfortable and the room was warm as there was constant heat from the radiator. It is about 10 minuted walk from the railway station then , with trains about every 20 minutes into Barcelona for a 10 minute ride which makes this hotel a reasonable alternative to staying in the centre of Barcelona.

Отдыхали с подругой с 29 апреля по 3 мая. У нас был культурно познавательный туризм по Барселоне. Но так как мы поздно обратились тур агентству все отели в соответствии нашему бюджету были на стопе. Поэтому нам нашли отель в пригороде Барселоны. Этот милый пригород - Бадалона, где расположен наш отель, один из сего лишь пяти. Оказалось, что посещают его в основном местные жители. Поэтому после насышенного дня возвращение от бурлящего туристами города в тихую гавань доставлял нам наибольшее наслаждение. Тем более добираться до города было легко и быстро, так как конечная станция одно из основных (L3, L2, данные линии обхватывают все основные достопримечательности города) линии L2 располагалась в 10 минутах от отеля. Отель располагается по главной Улице Рамбла, где растут пальмы и проходят праздники. (фотки приложу). Завтраки очень насыщенные и вкусные, начиная от омлета, круасанов, заканчивая фруктами и свежевыжатого сока. этот отель вполне заслуживает четверки. В номере все чисто и уютно. О дружелюбие персонала могу говорить бесконечно. в последний день мы выезжали рано утром, и попросили ланчбокс, нам собрали целый пакет, сколько летаю такого ланчбокса еще не давали!!! Если еще раз посчастливится попасть в Барселону, то однозначно поселюсь в этот отель!

Nous venons d y passer une nuit Chambre entièrement Rénovée ainsi que les salle de bains Literie impeccable Prix pour 2 en cette saison 75euros Accueil très bon et serviable Le petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet et copieux et diversifié vous y trouverez même du jus d orange presse à la demande L hôtel donne sur la mer mais derrière une voie ferrée Pas de passage de train la nuit et une très bonne insonorisation avec un double vitrage C est tout de même agréable de se lever avec une vue sur la mer ( photo prise de la chambre) L accès avec le gps est facile juste un peu déconcertant car on passe par des petites rue qui nous amène sur une dernière rue face à la mer sans issue mais le garage de l hôtel est la Laissez votre voiture 5mn le temps de vous rendre à la réception. Pour y avoir accès Sachez qu il possède également un second garage plus loin

I stayed at the Mirmar this weekend as I was going to Badalona for a friend's birthday party and we all stayed there. Badalona is a dormitary town 15 mins by train from the centre of Barcelona and the hotel is the only one by the beach. There are hardly any tourists there and Badalona has not been converted into a mini Bendorm despite it's very big beach maybe because of the railway line next to it. However from the hotel you just go across the road and under the tunnel to reach it. The hotel is simple, clean and cheap with comfortable rooms. It is a very good 3 star hotel which offers free and good working wifi and an excellent breakfast for just 10 euros. On top of that you can use the swimming pool at the yachting club opposite and which has direct access to the beach for just 3 euros. The hotel also provides free towels. All in all it is an unpretentious well run and clean hotel - albeit no lift to the top floor but there are only 3 floors - right by a relatively empty beach. Badalona itself has a great shopping street in Calle de Mar and the train station is between 5 and 10 mins walk along the very pleasant Rambla. I would certainly stay there again.

Estancia de cinco días en este hotel del que solo puedo decir una palabra DESOLADOR. El ascensor estuvo estropeado durante cuatro de los cinco días; por ese motivo me dieron habitación en la primera planta del hotel cosa que agradecí hasta que me asomé a la ventana y vi que justo pasaba la vía del tren por delante, ... Eso si al fondo el mar. Los muebles "vintage" estupendos en comparación con el baño en cuya bañera se entra de cuclillas y eso que mido 1'60. No puedo decir nada malo de la limpieza ni del personal, muy atento, y siempre con una sonrisa a pesar de las adversidades, ... Buena situación, frente a la playa, ... Si no fuese por el tren, ... No entiendo las tres estrellas, ni siquiera la calificación de hotel, yo lo dejaría en hostal.

Un hôtel un peu vieillot qui vous dépannera si vous ne savez pas où passer la nuit, mais pas plus. Il est très bien situé, face à la plage, mais pas de vue sur la mer pour nous ( je viens d'apprendre en lisant les autres commentaires que la vue sur mer est "sur demande", fallait le savoir ). A la place de la mer, on a eu une jolie vue sur la terrasse visiblement des particuliers, particulièrement sale. Nous avons ouvert la fenêtre une seule fois, et c'est pour la refermer juste après à cause des mauvaises odeurs en provenance de cette terrasse. Certains équipements laissaient franchement à désirer, je pense entre autres à la cuvette des toilettes qui n'était pas ( ou plus ) fixée au sol, et sur laquelle on pouvait se balancer de gauche à droite. La première fois ça surprend. Par contre, il faut admettre que le minimum syndical a été fourni : les serviettes propres, petits savons et gels douche, draps propres, la télé ( que je suppose fonctionnelle ), accueil sympa.

Personal excelente, pero habitación desastrosa a nivel de olores de humedad , limpieza escasa , baño con pérdidas continuas de agua y juntas de la ducha llenas de moho y cuidado porque la zona para aparcar es un desastre y lo saben y cobran bien cobrado el parking , con lo que pagas un hostal a precio de hotel de 4 estrellas

Praticamente sulla spiaggia, quindi posizione buonissima. Hanno garage per parcheggiare auto, altrimenti la macchina è complicata da parcheggiare. Il wifi funziona bene e un signore alla reception che è stato super gentilissimo e disponibile
