Large, modern, luxurious chalet "Mountain Lodge - Klippitztörl", 2 storeys, built in 2022, surrounded by meadows. In the district of Kliening, on a slope, 50 m from the skiing area, in a cul-de-sac. Private: garden (not fenced). Fireplace. In the house: with TV, WiFi, sauna, sun terrace, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer. Bumpy motor access to the house (1 km via unmade road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking (for 6 cars) at the house. E-charging station. Grocery 15 km, restaurant 800 m, bus stop "Bad St. Leonhard Moosweg (West)" 15.2 km, lake Längssee 35 km. Walking paths from the house 5 m, chair lift 500 m, slopes 200 m, ski rental 200 m, ski school 2 km, sled run 2 km. Nearby attractions: Sommerrodelbahn Klippitztörl 2 km, Klettergarten 2 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Längssee 35 km, Klopeinersee 60 km. Hiking paths: Koralm, Saualm, Lavantaler Alpen. Please note: car recommended. In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house. Self-service machine for food and everyday necessities in 700m. Due to the geographic location, internet access cannot be guaranteed. 4-room chalet 120 m2 on 2 levels. Object suitable for 6 adults. Spacious, modern and wooden furniture furnishings: entrance hall. Living room with open-hearth fireplace, satellite TV, international TV channels and flat screen. Exit to the terrace. Large dining room. The accommodation is perfectly located on the slopes and offers a great mountain panorama. The equipment is great and the sauna in particular is an real highlight.

A complete and modern house with a fantastic view. It exudes luxury and is beautifully situated. There are a number of small activities in the area, for interesting city visits or some extensive activities you have to take travel time into account.

We booked this lodge in the summer. The location and view from the deck are spectactular. The house is new and comfortably furnished and equipped with all necessary luxury. Would recommend this to everyone!
