"Room furnishings showed some signs of wear and tear, a bit dated. Quiet location. Breakfast was excellent, with a great variety. Staff was very helpful. A large spa area, spacious swimming pool, and a nice sauna. Short walk to the thermal baths."

"The standard room was not cleaned for three days but only made the beds, the dirt remained on the ground. On the second day the lift was defect for a week and was not repaired Duration one week? Lt. There was no discount in the payment, very disappointing. The breakfast buffet was small and every day equal , cooked eggs cold , shell old or baked up . No fresh bakery shells , sweet marmelade . Breakfast staff friendly and helpful. Once we were dinner pigs and pipperlinges with noodles. The meat of pigs was softly cooked that you could crush it with the tongue, a lot of speck oxycaraut, the riber noodles was OK. The pillows with noodles were all others but not pillows, I suppose they were a pond or similar. The noodles were too firmly not fluffy and tasted very watery. The apple chorle still was made with pipe water , instead of with mineral water from the bottle, but the full price was required. Also, it was particularly disappointing that my suggestions about the shortcomings were only responded with one axle sugar. There was a lack of meeting and understanding of the situation of guests, especially those with reduced mobility. In general, the stay was unfortunately not in line with my expectations of a relaxing short holiday."
