Prachtige en luxe appartement, alles wordt keurig bijgehouden en schoongemaakt. 2 a 3x per week worden de handdoeken gewisseld en beddengoed verschoond. Prima loopafstand van de skibus (ca. 7 min). Verder is het best warm in de appartementen, de thermostaat gaat elke dag terug op 23 graden waardoor je het telkens terug moet draaien. De slaapbank is wat aan de krappe kant om met zijn tweeën op te liggen, dit is meer een 1,5 persoons slaapbank.

Having no idea what Bad Gastein was like, we decided on a stay here just because we liked the look of the apartments. We were not disappointed. Housed in a beautiful building, each apartment is decorated to the highest standards, incorporating traditional features with modern stylish design. The staff is amazing and friendly and each member of the team that we spoke to was professional and accommodating. The rooms are literally metres from the breathtaking waterfall and the whole place was quaint and picturesque. We loved our time here and kept extending our stay as we didn’t want to leave. Would love to go back and stay in a different season too.

Juste été au café, mais c'était déjà assez bon pour me motiver de laisser un commentaire. Propre, lumineux, agréable. Le tout semble récemment rénové. Malheureusement découvert le dernier jour seulement...

Our family had a wonderful stay here (2 adults and 3 kids). Rooms were modern, clean and comfortable. High quality beds guaranteed good night sleep. Friendly hosts were always ready to help. Skibus went near the Residenz many times a day and took us to the skiing area.

My friends and I had a great stay at the hotel. The staff is super nice and helpful. They helped us find a place to rent skiing equipment, as well as a good ski instructor. As a beginner on skis I really appreciated that. The rooms are modern and spacy and the view is great. I thoroughly recommend staying here, and if I’m ever in Bad Gastein again I’ll definitely revisit.

Mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtete Apartments mit sensationellem Blick auf die "Skyline" Bad Gasteins. Im Erdgeschoss eine gemütliche Bar mit Sonnenterrasse. Herzliches Personal und internationale Gäste.
