總體很漂亮，是個令人放鬆的地方，房間很大，早餐非常豐富，聖誕氛圍槓槓的，綁定的餐廳也很好，非常有性價比。值得推薦！

We would really like to Iona at the reception desk morning of 21.9.24 for all her help. She was excellent calling around to help us with a place to repair a flat tire. The worker was waiting for us and fixed our tire immediatedly. We would not have been on our nearly a quickly and would have had a lot of frustration. Thanks again to her!!!

Very nice staff, nice rooms

Ottimo hotel. Consigliatissimo Consigliatissimo! Secondo soggiorno in questo hotel e ci siamo trovati nuovamente molto bene, pulito, moderno, personale gentile ed accogliente e ristorante ottimo. Posizione centrale, unico neo a volte qualche problema per il parcheggio ma solo in alcune ore della giornata x via degli uffici limitrofi.

Bad experience My experience was awful, i had a booking for 3 nights i arrived on first night on 16th September,on first day on morning they said i have to pay for early check-in but i was on time even it was only half night they ask me to pay full day,i try to explain but they won't listen so basically i stay 3 nights paid and i pay four night's. Be carefully with check-in time.ps shower almost fell off on my head.

Soggiorno piacevole Conoscendo il posto ho prenotato 7 camere per me e i famigliari giunti per un evento programmato. Personale disponibile a risolvere tutte le richieste, servizi al altezza del nome. Qualche giorno siamo rimasti alla collazione più di 1 ora dopo la chiusura, sorpresi piacevolmente il personale non ci ha fatto pesare....

Excelent place to stay, only negative point was the poor wifi signal strength in the room, but all the rest 5 stars, excelent breakfast, so clean and quiet facilities
