Hotel tres sympa , j ai passé un agreable sejour , hotel propre et lit confortable

A horrible hotel, starting from it's staff who doesn't even bother to say "hello" or "welcome", continuing to the room, for wish, despite of being prepaid they wanted to have more money from me (the price i paid was 12000 rouble ~ 130 USD, and they wanted to have me pay for two nights 1600 dinar ~ 500 USD), first it's pure scam action, second it's a crazy price for this kind of hole, the room was dirty, the floor not wiped, the safe and the minibar did not work, there was no drinking water (4 stars hotel..), the bed was missing a couple of structures. All that is left of the golden tulip is trashed, old rags, old and dirty info paperwork. You can find a better and cheaper hotels and avoid this joke of a 4 stars hotel at any cost.

Clean, modern hotel situated about a fifteen minute drive from the airport. There is a bar and restaurant on site and the Bellini bar next door is a good option for food too.

Room is nice. Breakfast is ok. People at the desk do not seem to care. Not a bad hotel but overpriced.

・立地 エリア自体は特に問題ないのだが、目の前の通りの通行量が多くて道路を渡るのに難儀する(信号のようなものは少ない) ・サービス たまたまグループ客のチェックインとタイミングが合ってしまったからだが、チェックイン手続き、宿泊税の支払いで考えていた以上に時間を取られた。 ・施設 クローゼットなど、劣化しているのかガタピシしている印象。

非常喜歡這家酒店的氛圍，安靜、雅緻，讓人可以放鬆身心。服務人員細緻周到的服務讓人印象深刻。這家酒店的地理位置非常好，交通便利，房間乾淨整潔舒適，是我在這個城市的理想住所。我非常喜歡這家酒店，房間寬敞明亮，床鋪舒適，讓我得以安享良好的睡眠。員工們非常熱情，主動提供幫助，令人倍感温馨。

Ottimo hotel . Posizione centrale ma tranquilla. Camera executive comoda manca qualche dettaglio ma comunque di buon livello . Room service buono ed efficiente .

We stayed at this hotel twice due to the good price, but if we had known what was in store, we definitely wouldn’t have returned for a second stay. First Stay: Upon arrival, the staff offered us an "upgrade" both times we stayed, which ended up being a clear downgrade. The room they gave us was dark, dirty, smelled of cigarettes, and was completely different from what we had booked. It didn’t resemble the room we paid for at all. After complaining to reception, we were finally moved to the room we had originally booked, which was a major improvement. My advice: avoid their so-called "upgrade" offer—it’s not worth it. Second Stay: The second experience was even worse. We were placed in a lower-floor room facing the pool. Unfortunately, the bar, that pool is shared with, hosts loud poolside parties every night, making it impossible to sleep. After complaining again, we were moved to a smaller but quieter room. However, this room had a strong moldy smell, which made it uncomfortable. Negatives: The room on our second stay smelled like mold. Housekeeping repeatedly disturbed us, entering the room even after we explicitly said we didn’t need anything. The lamp in the room was broken. Dirty sheets were provided, and we had to repeatedly request clean towels. Both times, the "upgrades" offered were downgrades. Stuff doesn't speak english well, so a lot of times they do not understand what the issue is. Positives: The breakfast was decent. Staff was generally helpful when approached. The hotel lounge area was quite nice and comfortable. Overall: I wouldn't recommend this hotel unless you're prepared to firmly insist on a high-floor room away from the pool and double-check the condition of the room you're given. Be aware that the hotel is located in an industrial area, with limited nearby amenities like grocery stores, and it’s not safe to walk alone. Despite the affordable price, the inconveniences far outweighed the positives, and I wouldn’t return.
