I had an extremely disappointing experience during my stay at City Stay Beach Hotel in Ras Al Khaimah. I initially booked a king-size bedroom, but upon arrival, I was informed that they were overbooked and that they would "upgrade" me to a room with a balcony, which I did not request. Instead, they gave me a room with two twin beds meant for kids, and this was the only option they claimed to have available at midnight. To make matters worse, early in the morning, heavy-duty drilling works began, disturbing everyone on the floor and causing multiple complaints. Although the drilling eventually stopped after an hour, the damage had been done. When I approached the receptionist to request a cancellation for my next night due to the terrible experience, they adamantly refused, insisting that they were in the right. I requested to speak to the manager, who displayed no empathy and continually lied about the rules being imposed by Dubai management. The manager offered to cancel the night and provide a voucher for a future stay, which I declined, expressing my intention never to return to this hotel. I demanded a full refund for the additional night I had paid for, but the manager persistently refused and repeated the same offer. I strongly discourage anyone from choosing this dishonest hotel. The facilities are subpar, the rooms are small and outdated, and the overall quality is far from satisfactory. It's undoubtedly one of the worst hotels I've stayed at in Ras Al Khaimah.

It’s good and clean but not as I imagine

The worse hotel I have ever been in UAE. Rooms smell bad, floor is dirty, and you can hear all the noises. Do not recommend this place at all. Also, booked two nights, wanted to leave after the first night and they refused to give back the money. Obviously we left But i really hope my experience serves to make you not book a room here. It really ruined our holidays.

STAFF WAS FULL SUPPORTIVE I FORGOT TO RETURN DOOR KEYS, STAFF REPLIED:NO PROB SIR GAVE US EARLY CHECK IN WITHOUT ANY REQUEST FOOD WAS HAVING INDIAN VEGETARIAN OPTIONS IN RESTAURANT ONLY AVERAGE THING: THE ROOM FLOOR WAS WIPED WITH CHEMICAL SO IT WAS SLIPPERY & STICKY, NEED TO WIPE AGAIN WITH NORMAL WATER. ABOVE ALL RECOMMENDED FOR SHORT STAY

The hotel experience was amazing. They are professional and very accommodating. The rooms are very nice. The restaurant was very good. AKSHAY AND KHALILI from the restaurant was very good. The food was very nice. The pool was very good too.

Could be a fabulous 3* unfortunately its just ok! Breakfast never warm other than the freshly made omelette Breakfast waiter was extremely helpful Food server/manager on the evening of Thurs 10th he was dreadful, not welcoming or any engaging….we felt like it was a bother to him!

Excellent for families. Excellent for families, clean place, they have a Resturant with amazing food. Very good location. Free Covered Parking slots are limited and plenty space for none covered parking slots.

Good value Simple but well run 3+star right at the beginning of Marjan.Desk staff is excellent and takes care of anything you need. has beach access and was clean and comfortable. reasonably priced.

I had a fantastic stay at City Stay Hotel in Ras Al Khaimah! The hospitality here is top-notch, and the staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The food is absolutely delicious with something for everyone. For vegetarians, the Aaloo Palak, Roti, and Fried Rice are all flavorful, while the Tomato Soup is perfect for a light start. Non-vegetarians will love the Fried Chicken and the Mutton Biryani, which is absolutely mouth-watering. The overall vibes of the hotel are warm and inviting, and a special mention to Akshayand khalili or chef youshf for their exceptional service. They are friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. The service throughout my stay was excellent, and I truly felt taken care of. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Ras Al Khaimah!
