When we arrived we were made very welcome. We were there for Christmas, the room was very basic, no drawers, no tea making facilities, but you can borrow a kettle from reception. No hairdryer. Breakfast was ok, we went b&b, so to have evening meal was 15Euros, this included a drink from the bar. Christmas Eve was supposed to be special food, it was 25Euros. Absolutely disgusting food, so called turkey, and gammon, the veg is frozen. We couldn’t go out for a meal as we were a long way from any facilities. No entertainment at all, day or night. Bars closed at 11 o’clock, which is terrible. We never have complained in all our years of going on holiday, but we did this time, assistant manager came to see us, but she was already up for an argument, she didn’t get one. No people skills at all, she offered a free meal for us, we said we would rather have a bag of crisps. I wanted to come home early, but stuck it out. I definitely do NOT recommend this place . The staff on the other hand are lovely. There’s nothing for children at all. No pool table, no hairdressers. The toilet from the bar is below ground, no good if your disabled. The nearest place is about 15 minutes on the bus. The best meal we had was the Gerrard bar, beautiful meal next to supermarket. Never ever go there again, waste of our pension.

Worst hotel I’ve ever been to. Dirty smelling of cat. Food terrible, in the middle of know where young assistant manager very rude to us. Peed stains on my bed, bugs all over the dining room. Never again. Very dissatisfied , il never ever recommend this place in a million years. Below is the proof, my Christmas dinners , the worst I’ve ever had in 57 years . I wished McDonald’s was open Christmas day

Selon le règlement «  bidon « ? De cet hôtel il est interdit de prendre un bain car on pourrait avoir un malaise , causer un débordement voire se noyer si un enfant échappe à la surveillance. La salle de bains est cependant équipée d 1 baignoire nais sans obturateur «  mdr 😂 «  Alors pourquoi donc équiper les chambres de baignoires ? Le directeur était en Reunion et n a pas pris la peine de me rappeler pour m’expliquer la Logique de son règlement. Le personnel vous presse de payer le verre de vin consommé avant la fin du repas …. Bref à éviter

Me and my partner couldn't complain, staff were helpful room was clean and had a nice view and the breakfast was enough to start the day, we are pleased to say we will be returning this March for our honeymoon, see you all very soon and my son and his girlfriend are also giving it a try in march

dernier étage un peu bruyant, eau chaude à du mal à arriver, la jeune fille au Bar trés souriante et trés serviable, belle piscine, prés de la mer.Dans l'ensemble bien bon séjour.

Preis-Leistung stimmt nicht. In die Jahre gekommen Wir benötigten für ein paar Stunden Schlaf eine Unterkunft. Der Empfang war freundlich. Das Zimmer benötigt eine Erneuerung. Der Teppich ermunterte dazu die Schuhe anzubehalten.

A flash back from the 80-s A hotel from the 80-s . OK with some good functions, but definitely a hotel from the past.

Went above the expectation to help I had not used the services nearly as much as I wanted, but I had an emergency and they helped me in ways that they need not… I am grateful and would return again knowing I was satisfied with my experience.

Very reasonable price 3 star The Navarria is ideally located. It is also a very very reasonable price. Therefore keep your expectations low. I could list many things that could be improved but you get what you pay for. It would also be unfair on the hardworking staff.

Pour une nuit. A 500m du Parc aux sculptures 1 nuit en fevrier. Parking au RDCentre les piliers. Après 15h plus de reception clés dans master box avec code normalement reçu avec email. Simon telephone indiqué sur la porte. Douche fuie. Clim bloquée a 31 degrés sinon on peut toujours la couper. Wifi ok. Chambre trpetite. Accessoires cuisine très réduits.

We do not have master boxes for keys nor we send codes via email because as I mentioned above the receptionist on duty is always there to give keys to our clients. Our parking lot has no pillars rather than an open space on ground floor!Navarria is a Hotel and not an apartment/hotel, meaning we do not have kitchen facilities in our rooms, only a bedroom and an ensuite bathroom!A/C maximum temperature is 30 degrees!Thank you !
