Sea CleoNapa Hotel

1 Οτι χειρότερο μου έχει τύχει ποτέ σε ξενοδοχείο ένας πολύ αγενέστατος reseptionist! Νομίζει ότι είναι βασικές αυτοκράτορας μέσα στο ξενοδοχείο και μπορεί να κάνει ότι θέλει δεν τον νοιάζει καν αν θα βάλεις αρνητική κριτική και δεν τον ενδιαφέρει τίποτα προφανώς αυτό ευθύνεται από τους ιδιοκτήτες που δεν τους κάνουν καμιά παρατήρηση δεν τους απολύουν!

Booked last minute without checking all the reviews. Wish we had done this first as we could have avoided making the mistake of staying here. First of all, they advertise as 'Sea Cleonapa Hotel', however after checking in at reception in the main building we realised we were not going to be staying in the main building but a random apartment block across the road!? Already a strange setup for a 'hotel'. Once entering this apartment with a traditional key and lock (2024 no electronic keycards?) we were greeted with a less-than-impressive room. Dated, falling apart and in so many ways unclean. There was an odour of urine from the bathroom for the whole stay, indicating a lack of deep clean/sanitation of facilities. Shower doors were a nightmare to open and close, plus one of the screen doors was half hanging out! There was even a dead bug in the light above the sink. It's like they just don't bother to clean or fix anything here. I suspect their overall attitude to guests is just to take their money, wheel them in, then wheel them out! As for kitchen facilities, they were completely lacking even the basics, there were 2 glasses and a couple of small plates. No cutlery or bowls, not even a kettle as seen in the photos. When asked about this, the reception said they don't provide kettles anymore. This is not true as we saw multiple rooms with kettles in, as we caught a glimpse inside these when the housekeeping were cleaning some of the other rooms on the floor! The cleaners turned up to 'clean' our room after the 3rd day (when we pushed the issue with reception) however only a minimal and topical clean was done with the bedsheets being unchanged and even the rubbish was not emptied! Unreal. Earplugs are recommended as it gets noisy throughout the night with loud bikes and revellers making a racket. This would not be an issue if the windows were soundproof, which they are not. It almost sounds like the windows are open the way you can hear everything going on outside. The room has not been updated in a very long time, and is very dated by today's standards. The place is generally neglected; grubby and in parts dilapidated (window frame on patio heavily eroded, strips of wood hanging off countertops and tape stuck over electric points). The wifi in the room was complete rubbish and kept dropping out, making it unfit for purpose. The only real positive was the air-con which was efficient and much needed during our stay in the peak hot season where it was very warm and humid. Overall advice is don't book here as you will be disappointed. For what they charge you could get a lot better experience for the price at alternative accomodation!

Do una stella perché non se né possono dare 0. siamo arrivati per starci 1 mese e siamo andati via dopo nemmeno 24 ore. Totale mancanza di igiene, decoro e sicurezza. personale demotivato, camere infestate da blatte, sala pranzo veramente sporca con insetti morti nel distributore di cereali per la colazione. piscina riempita con acqua di rubinetto, senza cloro. sconsiglio pienamente quest' hotel

We booked with thomascook.com arrived Saturday 11th February 2023 we booked in and where then taken over the road to another building which is not like any of the photos. We booked an apartment each we went in and it is horrible no cooker no kettle no toaster no cups nor crockery a filthy bed with filth all over the walls no hot water coming out the shower the heating does not work and it gets cold here at night. I complained to thomascook.com but they have not been any help. Do not book this place it will be a holiday from Hell like we are experiencing

The worst experience ever, rude service, there was only cold water in the tap, no chance to shower after traveling. we asked the host at the front desk, didn't know what to do, we called OnTheBeach and registered a complaint as the office was closed. The next day we asked the front desk for help again, someone came and turned on the button in the wall and said there would be hot water in an hour. 3 hours later it was still cold. we got in the car and looked for another hotel, we moved the next day. when we moved out the hotel manager was still absent and the reception staff were rude and disrespectful. Additionally fungus on the wall in the bathroom, stains on the bedding, no magnetic card for the door, simple lock on the door, no security, the door can be kicked open, black from the dirt of the air conditioning overgrown with dust. Loud-behaving refugees live in the hotel, but noone care. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL AVOID IT AT ALL.

We booked the Sea Cleonapa hotel when we arrived we where taken to apartments across the road. Went there for 7 days/night on the second day whilst we were around the pool 2 of our rooms got broken into €1200 was taken from 2 of our rooms there was no sign of forced entry so we went to the reception to report it. (When we booked in they told us all the safes in our rooms were broken) They were not interested told us there was no cctv and nothing could be done about it we felt upset but decided we wouldn’t let it ruin our holiday, on the 3,5 +6 day we were also broken into again no sign of forced entry 3rd day £40.00 that was hidden in my suitcase taken,5th day euros and my aftershave taken, same as from another one of our rooms, 6 day and they take the rest of my aftershaves and all of my toiletries including the bag(ted baker if you’re interested) same as from one of our other rooms. On the 4th time of having our rooms pilfered we decided to go and try to speak to reception again. She told us to GO AWAY there is no cctv and put her hand over her face to hide her identity(I video her doing this) she said the cleaners don’t have a key to our rooms but while we where out around the pool our rooms where cleaned/robbed this has got to be the staff/cleaners who are doing this. I would strongly advise anyone of thinking of booking this hotel to think again! They must be making a fortune every time new guests arrive. People work all year round for a week in the sun to have this happen not once but 4 times in 7 days is beyond belief. If I could of given 0 stars for this review I would of but unfortunately you have to give one in order to write a review! Horrendous place avoid at all cost!
