Wonderful hotel building with all of the mod-cons. Sadly we felt the hotel lacked any kind of soul. The staff on front desk were great and engaging. The rest of the staff seemed more to be there to do the bare minimum, get the job done, not engage, smile etc. Any requests made you feel a little bit like you were a pain and I don't think it should be that way at a 5* place. amazing tennis courts but the balls provided were so old and threadbare - shame as we had asked about this specifically. For those with kids, there is no play area, although there is a kids club. Our boys didn't like it much as there was little engagement but that could be our kids! Indoor pool = amazing, in Feb. Food = decent but sometimes cold and limited options. enetertainment limited to the lobby and felt a bit sterile. Overall OK is how we summarise it. Would be better in the summer maybe?

Beware of 5 star all inclusive hotels when a paying guest. You are treated as if all inclusive guest often service and quality less than 3 stars. The hotels assume none of their guests pay so we had coffee from a vending machine in the lounge which we had to ho to the bar and pay for at the bar.
