The staffs were quite friendly, the food are nice especially for dinner . The room was standard . The water park was fun , didn’t try the pool too many people unless you go at early morning .

VERY BAD Our overall experience in the hotel was really bad … 1. Check in was delayed for 2 hours and there was nothing to do with 2 kids … in the sun , the pool was crowded no place to sit. 2. We arrived to the room , the room size was okay for family , but there no cups for water , the air condition was noisy, really old and dirty it means they don’t do service . 3. Kids club was very sad , no kids around and no professionals. 4. The pool bar was far away you had to go circle every-time , the drinks not good. 5. Food was very bad , no variety and no quality. 6. LAST BUT NOT LEAST, they called us from the reception at 12:30am when we were sleeping to check if we have done check in and when we complained why they are calling us so late , they hang the phone 😡, not value for money at all.. the management should take serious actions !

Nice hotel It's a very nice hotel Food - varied Location - excellent The only thing is the alcohol and drinks feel cheap.

2 stars hotel- never again! Room and aquapark in really bad conditioning, bad breakfast because only fruits&vegetables for vegan and one gluten free bread if you ask. Bad service in reception and in restaurant. Also the waittress sneezed into her hands and did not wash or wipe them! 2 stars hotel

Dejligt hotel Vi var meget glade for hele vores ophold på Panthea. Værelse, pools og restaurant var dejlige. Personalet var flinke og maden var god. Hotellet var tæt på en fin gade med butikker og restauranter. Jeg har ikke noget dårligt at sige om hotellet og området.

When we booked this hotel in July the reviews were excellent. A few weeks before we were due to fly the reviews were really awful. We even requested to change hotels but were advised it was too late. However, we were so glad we didn't. Our experience was a positive one. From the moment we arrived we were met by a lovely receptionist. We booked a garden view but were very lucky to be given a beautiful sea view room which had sun all day. Couldn't fault the cleanliness of the room etc and we had no issues with cockroaches or Ants which was my main concern after reading previous reviews. Food was excellent. Drinks were great and staff friendly. Pool was cold but we expected that in October but didn't stop us. Lovely walk from the back of the hotel on the boardwalk which takes you to the harbour in less than 15mins. Queen Vic pub in Ayia Napa worth a visit with some excellent tribute acts. Only negative of the hotel is the MESS around the pool area and grass area at the back by the bar. Never saw either being cleaned and always piles of discarded towels on sunbeds at the end of the day and first thing in the morning!! Beds were left everywhere and not washed down and put in a neat order for the morning. Tables with sunbeds never cleaned. I had to do this myself every day as they were sticky from drink spillage etc. The staff at the outside bar would sit around on their phones when they could have been cleaning the tables and clearing empty cups etc from the day before. This is a major issue which could be rectified so easily by management and the review ratings would improve greatly as everyone we spoke to had the same views. Apart from that we thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and would definitely return if I read reviews that this issue has been resolved. Hotel is in a brilliant location. We were in room 4211 sea view. Gorgeous!!!
