We always return to the Sancta Napa twice a year, and have already booked for two weeks in May and two weeks in October again for 2025. For me at a hotel the first thing that has to be nice is the food, and you can’t beat the food hear, all inclusive as much as you can eat, but it’s no point being all inclusive if the food is not up to standard, but believe me the food is well above standard, in fact it’s as good as service and food as a cruise liner, we were on a cruise in December, and the main selling point of a cruise is it’s food, and honestly The Sancta Napa food is better, especially the deserts 🐷 ha ha it’s brilliant. The staff are so attentive in the restaurant too, every need is taken care of from the moment you sit down. They are all so friendly and smiling all the time, and the restaurant manager Marios is a fantastic asset to the restaurant, along with Beverly. The rooms are spotless and are cleaned daily, along with fresh towels. Honestly nothing is too much trouble to any of the staff at this hotel and it is a credit to each and every one of them ❤️ and along with the hotel manager Miss Ele, who is one of the most nicest and friendly people we have ever had the pleasure of meeting, she stops, has conversations and listens to guests if any problems and rectifies immediately, the pool bar and the staff that man it are brilliant, I can’t give them all enough praise. I honestly can’t wait to get back in May to meet up again with the Sancta Napa family.
