Atlantica Aeneas Resort

We are a family of four who recently spent 7 days at the Atlantica Aeneas Hotel. Overall, we had a pleasant and relaxing vacation, but there are a few aspects that could benefit from some attention. The hotel itself is well-located and has great potential. The grounds are spacious and the pool areas are lovely for families. However, we did notice that certain areas of the hotel could use some renovation and modern updates, particularly in the rooms and common spaces. A little investment in refurbishment would really elevate the overall experience. One of the highlights of our stay was the friendly and helpful staff. From reception to housekeeping, everyone was welcoming and always ready to assist with a smile – a big plus for families traveling with children. We would like to give a special thanks to Fadi at the reception, who made a great impression from the moment we arrived. He gave us an excellent welcome presentation that helped us get familiar with the hotel and the area. Throughout our stay, he was incredibly helpful—guiding us, answering our questions, and recommending great things to do and places to visit. His support really made a difference in our experience, and we truly appreciated his kindness and professionalism. The restaurant was fair, offering a decent variety of dishes. That said, we felt that the dining experience could be improved with more diverse options and perhaps some themed evenings or upgraded quality in certain meals. A bit more attention to detail in food presentation and taste would make a significant difference. All in all, we enjoyed our week at Atlantica Aeneas and appreciated the hospitality. With a few improvements, this hotel has the potential to be truly excellent.

Wow! Where to even begin my experience of Aeneas? My experience was honestly the best experience of my life that I will never forget. Me and my now husband arrived quite late (11pm) on 14/05/2025, and the reception staff were phenomenal from arrival. Checking in was smooth and easy and the staff brought our bags up for us with no hassle at all. Our first day we met with our TUI wedding rep, Louise. Louise was an absolute angel from day 1, explaining everything to us whilst also calming our autistic 3 year old son during the process. She showed us exactly where we were getting married (something we weren’t sure of at all🙈) and explained the whole process throughout. We met our wedding co-ordinator, Daniella during this also who we cannot thank enough for our whole experience even after the wedding! Our wedding went smoothly, and during our wedding photos Louise helped so much with our little boy who isn’t exactly ecstatic about getting his photo taken but she made the experience go amazing. Daniella booked us into the restaurant ‘green and grill’ the day before and the day of the wedding and WOW! We were blown away! The restaurant manager and the blonde lady waitress were out of this world, they made sure our champagne was topped up throughout our visit and nothing was ever too much. They even helped settle our little boy too who was getting quite overwhelmed but he ended up loving it so much he shouted yay when he seen we were coming again on our wedding day. Thank you Green and Grill staff for our experience no other restaurant can compare to ❤️ one waiter we’d love to mention in the inside restaurant of the buffet, called ‘Mustafa’ was also perfect through out our visit. He was prompt at coming to our table for our drinks order, brought them very quickly, and again helped us another night when we were at another section inside, because nothing is ever too much for him. He was very polite and even when the restaurant was super busy, made us feel so welcome and special through out our visits. We were sad we missed him on our last day :( after our wedding day, Daniella booked us a ‘courtesy room’ after we had checked out to help with our little boy who was getting very tired but couldn’t settle in reception, and what a life saver she was! Even after we had checked out of our courtesy room she helped him settle again! The bar manager and Fontoni Were amazing with us through out our stay, especially on our wedding day! They made us feel so important and welcome and made the best cocktails I’ll never forget! Some I even had to take loads of pictures of 😍 the hairdressers located at the hotel, Androulla and Clara - the nicest people you will ever meet! They are absolute angels and helped calm me right down the morning of my wedding day. They made me feel so beautiful 😍 our last day was so emotional leaving, as Daniella and Louise even stayed with us until our coach came to get us, and we shared some TikTok techniques (don’t forget #fyp Daniella! 😆)

Love this hotel. It provides us with everything we need for a great holiday. The room is spacious and is kept spotless. Particularly love the comfy bed. No trouble sleeping here. The food selection is the best. Buffet style. If you can’t get something to eat here I despair for you. Great choice of food. All the staff in the Aeneas are so helpful. This is a family hotel. It caters for families. Your children will be entertained. You’re doing a great job Aeneas. Thank you. We will be back.

We are having a fantastic time here at this hotel. The Rooms we have are in a perfect location, very comfortable, spacious, cleaned daily with fresh towels and bedding. The pool !! Wow there are so many different areas to choose, quiet and chilled, kids areas. 5 pool bars serving drinks & cocktails all day, Restaurants, and food available all day with lots of variety our kids loved the snack bar. Kids clubs for all ages, the staff are great with the kids, you can relax knowing that the kids are looked after and safe, watching them come out with big smiles is always a good sign. Evening entertainment/ kids disco again is great the staff really enjoy what they are doing. The hotel staff are all so hospitable, friendly and helpful, we ask and it’s done nothing is too much trouble. The bar staff and restaurant staff work so hard to make sure everyone is happy. We will definitely come back again.

This was our second visit to the TUI Blue Atlantica Aeneas, and once again, it did not disappoint. The hotel is absolutely perfect for families — with plenty of activities, spacious grounds, and a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. One of the biggest highlights is the location: just across the road from the stunning Nissi Beach, and within easy walking distance to local bars and restaurants. It’s ideal for those who want a mix of beach time and exploring Ayia Napa. We stayed in a swim-up room (number 626), and it was simply beautiful — clean, stylish, and with direct access to the pool, which added a touch of luxury to our stay. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile and willing to go the extra mile to make your stay enjoyable. All in all, the TUI Blue Atlantica Aeneas continues to be a fantastic holiday spot. We wouldn’t hesitate to return for a third time!

I had the pleasure of being served by Panikos during my recent visit, and he truly made the experience memorable. From the moment I arrived, he was warm, welcoming and incredibly professional. Panikos clearly knows his craft- every drink he made was spot on, with great attention to detail and perfect balance. He offered thoughtful recommendations. Panikos managed to serve two people at a time with ease, all while keeping the bar and seating area spotless, constantly cleaning as he went without missing a beat. His multitasking skills were seriously impressive. During busy periods Panikos remained calm, efficient and attentive. His friendly manner and excellent customer service created a fantastic atmosphere at the bar and made everyone feel well looked after.
