We recently returned from a stay at this hotel, and overall, our experience was mixed. Let’s start with the positives. The hotel itself is large and offers good pool facilities, including a fantastic splash park for the kids. The standout feature of our stay was the kids' club, which was excellent. We used it several times, and our children were always excited to go. The staff ran a wide variety of activities, and all the children seemed to genuinely enjoy themselves. The location is another highlight—the beach is just across the road. It’s beautiful, though extremely busy. There are also a few well-stocked shops nearby selling toys and souvenirs, which we found handy. Unfortunately, a number of issues significantly impacted our overall experience. One of the main disappointments was the food quality, especially at breakfast. It was consistently lukewarm regardless of what time we arrived, and some dishes even tasted as though they had been reheated from the previous day. Having stayed at numerous all-inclusive resorts, this was the first time I encountered cold food so frequently. The drinks selection was also underwhelming. As someone who doesn’t drink alcohol, I was surprised to find no mocktails available—something I’ve never encountered at an all-inclusive resort before. A slushie machine for the kids would have been a nice touch too. The situation with the sunbeds was extremely frustrating. Many guests were reserving multiple sunbeds at once—often four or more per couple. If you didn’t claim one before 9am, you were unlikely to find anything available, whether by the pool or at the beach. For a holiday costing over £2,000, I would expect at least the basic comfort of being able to sit somewhere decent. The hotel’s failure to manage this issue was disappointing. Guest behavior was another concern. On several occasions, we witnessed groups at the main pool playing loud music from personal speakers—often happy hardcore—while clearly intoxicated and disruptive. Despite this, no staff intervened. While the hotel markets itself as family-friendly, the overall environment wasn’t as suitable for children as we had hoped. None of these issues are huge in isolation, but collectively, they added up to a stay that fell short of expectations. Sadly, based on this experience, we wouldn’t return to this particular hotel.
