So White Club Resort

Such a shame, this hotel is in a beautiful location on Landa beach in Ayia Napa but the hotel is shoddy. On the whole the hotel looks great but scratch the surface and you will find that things have been patched up badly, the grounds are unkempt, there was no hot water in our room even when we told them and then the next day it was scorching hot because we couldn't control the temperature ourselves. The breakfast was terrible, not enough choice. The staff don't understand what you are saying to them, even trying to charge us extra for use of the bar, because of their incompetence got the wrong room. I couldn't wait to leave won’t be going back.

A beautiful, green, quiet, and pleasant place, with a large, luxurious pool and a stunning beach, direct access to Nissi Street. Dimitrya from the dining room is helpful and lovely, the bartenders are professional and cheerful, and above all, the hotel manager, Mariana, provides personal and pleasant attention to every request.

We had lovely stay in So hotels. We ordered So White hotel but the reconstruction wasnt completed yet, so we were accomodated in So nice. We got a big room with private swimming pool. Location and beach of the hotel is amazing! Beach club with branded spirits, cocktails and very friendly and all time smiling staff ❤️ We stayed here in the beginnig of the season, so there were no many guests and hotel was very quiet. The food in restaurant was very good and the staff again absolutely nice, friendly and helpfull ! Many thanks to all memebers of the staff for their welcoming and warm behavior ❤️ Petr &Lucie

I went to the hotel as a Hostess of an exercise and relaxation retreat. I booked 8 rooms for a total of 10 women including my mother and daughter. We were given a horrible, old, smelly room without hot water, a broken balcony door, dirty and mouldy. My client’s rooms were acceptable but they all smelled of mould. I requested that the balcony door was fixed so that we could leave the room at night to go out to dinner. They sent a man who entered from the balcony without warning while we were all wrapped in towels trying to get ready. He started fixing the door and i had to literally shout “sir please leave “ 4 times until he actually left! I had to take my 11 year old daughter to one of my clients’ rooms to shower with hot water, while my mother (72!!!) and I showered with ice cold water! The towels are so old and smell bad. The phone in the room was not working to call reception. The floor was muddy and half of the lights were broken! I asked for a change of room and was rold we would be assisted by a porter when we returned from dinner. At 950 pm i was at reception and was told that all porters went to sleep. I had to carry 3 suitcases and yoga mats with the help of my mum and child in dark pathways, up and down stairs!!!!! In the end the receptionists kindly helped us after i yelled that this is unacceptable! We were given a suite that looked like a honeymoon suite and were swnt off to sleep only to find out that my mum’s bed was not made and we had no towels in the room! At 1110 pm i had to call reception again to ask for bed sheets and towels. Only to find out that there was no phone in the room!!!! I called from my mobile phone. I was sent some sheets with a maintenance guy who just handed them to us and didn’t know how to make the bed. We were given NO towels and couldn’t even wash our face to get to bed! I called again for towels the next morning at 7 am but NEVER got them until i walked all the way to reception AFTER breakfast and got them from there. Reminder that i came to the hotel for a retreat weekend which I HOSTED with the purpose of relaxing and bonding with my clients!

Faites attention quand vous réservez cet hôtel cela peut être une arnaque totale comme ce qu’on a vécu . Nous avons fait une réservation à cet hôtel *SO White beach Resort* pour 4nuits ( hôtel 5 étoiles sois disant ) , nous nous sommes retrouvés dans un autre hôtel qui est le * So Nice hôtel * un hôtel très très moyen avec une chambre minuscule sans confort aucune intimité pour se changer , le lit était limite collé à la salle de bain sans séparation réelle. La chambre était vieille , un mini frigo était installé dans le coin salle de bain ( depuis quand un frigo se place dans une salle de bain ?!? Quel hôtel fait ça svp ?! 😳) bref j’en passe c’est le pire hôtel qu’on ai pu faire mais vraiment A FUIR! L’hôtel n’avait rien à voir avec le So White que nous avions réservé de base . Malgré la bataille qu’on a livré auprès de l’hôtel et de booking pendant toute la durée de notre séjour sur le fait qu’on nous a déclassé qu’on a pas eu l’hôtel pour lequel on a réservé et pire encore même on a demandé au moins d’avoir une chambre un peu plus grande car niveau intimité ce n’était plus possible vous vous imaginez être entre amie à 2 dans une petite chambre et ne pas pouvoir avoir l’intimité nécessaire dans la douche et pour s’habiller !? Le pire c’est que nous avions mis le prix pour réserver dans l’hôtel ** SO WHITE ** ni booking ni l’hôtel ne s’est préoccupé de nous par rapport à cette énorme erreur, tous les jours on allait voir la réception pour qu’ils nous trouvent une solution car tout cela n’était point de notre faute on leur a montré toutes les preuves de notre réservation , le personnel de l’hôtel en question était incompétent ils nous a baladé de gauche à droite, ils en avaient strictement rien à faire de nous . Pour vous dire on était pas les seules dans ce cas là qui se sont faits arnaqués il y’a eu deux autres filles qui ont aussi réservé dans l’hôtel *So White* qu’on a aussi mis dans leur autre hôtel pourri le même que le nôtre * So Nice * et pire encore la chambre qu’on leur a donné n’avait pas d’eau chaude elle était même remplie de vers dans le lavabo et j’en passe … C’est au bout du 3eme jour en parlant avec la responsable que les choses ont un peu bougé , elle a pris mon numéro pour m’informer sur whatsapp dès qu’une plus grande chambre se libérerait mais aussi concernant une petite compensation de leur part qu’on a du limite mandier pour avoir en vu de la situation ( car je suis désolée en tant que prestataire et nous en tant que clientes c’est de leur devoir et dans leur intérêt de faire en sorte qu’on soit un minimum dédommagées et satisfaites du service mais dans cet hôtel tant que tu n’ouvres pas ta bouche ou ne tapes pas du point ils ne se préoccuperont même pas de vous ils en ont strictement rien à faire ) . La seule compensation qu’elle a osé nous donné minim qu’elle soit c’était nous offrir un dîner ( dîner sous forme de buffet cantine que proposait l’hôtel ) au lieu de nous donner le « all inclusive «  sur les 2 d
