Sun Plaza Suites - Adults Only

I really enjoyed my stay at Sun Plaza Suites! The place was super clean and comfortable, with everything I needed. The staff were nice and helpful, and the location was great—close to the beach and restaurants but still quiet at night. Would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Ayia Napa!

Room was spacious and clean, bed very comfortable, friendly staff and the location is great in walkable distance from almost everything.

We recently stayed here and we had a really good time as the staff made us feel very welcomed, the suite was spacious, modern and clean and the location ideal (even though not on the bay but in the heart of the old town). It’s just a short walk from Sandy bay, all restaurants and shops and Napa’s nightlife (April is more calm than mid-summer). Totally recommended!

I would like to share my review and personal experience with all the people who are debating whether to book a room at this accommodation. Two months ago I booked a number of rooms at this accommodation through a website, unfortunately due to the war in my country where I live, the outgoing and incoming flights were canceled and I had to stay in the country. There is no point in telling about the unpleasant feeling when a vacation is canceled. I contacted the accommodation and explained my problem to them, they initially stood their ground and did not want to help me and wrote to me that the cancellation of the reservation would be 2 nights will be charged from each room . I decided to call them and also in the conversation I received the same answer, only after I begged and asked them to speak to a manager - they returned a written answer that they agreed to send me a voucher valid for a year - this decision made me very happy and I really felt that the accommodation was understanding and considerate. I have attached the message as sent from the accommodation. I followed the request of the accommodation company and canceled the reservation on the website and they had to send me a voucher, over 3 weeks have passed and there are countless repeated requests and I received the long awaited voucher. They sent me a voucher for half the price that I paid instead of 1350 euros, only 650 euros and wrote to me that it was not valid in July and August. When I contacted them, they started making things up for me and told me that it was their policy and when I asked where I could read it - they said it was not registered and they told me the above in the phone call, so I decided to listen to the recorded conversation again and of course none of these small letters were said in the conversation. In short, if you are looking for a place to stay To be able to be flexible with the booking and the dates in extreme cases such as: war in your country, flight cancellation due to one or another incident, or illness - it is not the accommodation that will take care of you and in that case it will be under extremely restrictive conditions and you will only receive a very small part for realization in relation to the money you paid in advance.

Amazing experience, staff very attentive and all over very nice. Would 100% recommend and return. Fantastic location. Close to all amenities and easy to get hold of taxis. Hotel is very clean and comfy to with everything you need for your stay. Thankyou

Quiet place close to the bar street but still able to sleep well during the night. Comfortable bed and pillows. Really good breakfast aswell.. Close to the nissi avenue where you can find good restaurants. Very helpful and friendly staff. They even have a pool area which is usually pretty quiet so you can have some rest even.Highly recommend 10/10

I just came with my wife for 2 nights. Excellent location and place! The staff were very polite and friendly. I love the room with pool view and the blue lights in the night time. The pool is very clean and cozy. I will definitely come back again next year!
