Stayed here whenever i have a business trip in Melaka.. Strategic location, Room is clean and cozy, staff are friendly. plus they have huge Raya bazaar right in front of the hotel.. Simple yet nice hotel to stay..

On the first day, food is served on Ala carte but considered good and tasty. On the second day, food was served on buffet. Plenty of choices in nasi lemak, mee goreng, bread and toast, fruits, and many more. The food is excellent and sedap.

Experience was fine. Good front desk service. But the room smell mouldy. The pillow is not comfortable.

Pros: ✅ Good Location – Convenient for business travelers and events at MITC. ✅ Parking Availability – Plenty of parking space for guests. Cons: ❌ Small Rooms – Might feel cramped, especially for families or longer stays. ❌ No Fridge in Room – Inconvenient for storing food or drinks. ❌ Windows Cannot Be Opened – Can make the room feel stuffy with no fresh air. ❌ Cleanliness Could Be Better – Some areas may not be well-maintained. ❌ Average Service – Staff may not always be attentive or responsive. ❌ Mediocre Breakfast – Limited variety and average food quality. ❌ Maintenance Issues – Some facilities and rooms could use upgrades.

Check-in was smooth and quick. The reception staff were welcoming and provided us with all the necessary information about the hotel amenities and nearby attractions. The amenities included a kettle, coffee, creamer, sugar, and complimentary toiletries. However, the shower water pressure was very low. The card key is not functioning well. We need to touch several times to unlock the door.

The room price is worth for one night stay. The mattress for the queen bed should be replaced for sure. It is not good for guest that having back pain like mine. The service from the Asahan Café probably the worst experience I ever faced.

No enough car park for guest need park outside the hotel and it is illegal parking. Bad experience
