Champagne Domaine Sacret - AY

Our visit to Champagne Domaine Sacret was truly one of the highlights of our trip to Champagne. From the moment we arrived, the experience felt warm, authentic, and incredibly well thought out. This is a family-owned B&B. The setting in Aÿ is stunning—peaceful, scenic, and surrounded by beautiful vineyards that perfectly capture the charm of the Champagne region. The hospitality was exceptional; the hosts were welcoming, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what they do, complimentary champagne tasting every evening at 6 pm is cherry on the cake. The champagne itself was outstanding—refined, elegant, and memorable. Each tasting came with insightful explanations, making the experience both enjoyable and educational. You can really feel the craftsmanship and heritage behind every bottle. What stood out the most was how personal and genuine the entire visit felt. It wasn’t just a tasting—it was an immersive experience into the world of champagne making. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the region. Whether you’re a champagne enthusiast or just looking for a unique and relaxing experience, this is a must-visit.

Great place to stay, very well decorated and freindly. There is the added bonus of champagne tasting at 6pm and a little champagne house (Georges Debouff) just around the corner to visit.

We stayed here recently while in Champagne exploring the area and champagne houses. We start in one of the inn's 4 rooms. The room was large with a soaking tub and shower and A/C. The king bed was very comfortable. The hostess does a complimentary tasting of their house Sacret champagne with the other guests. We toured Epernay (Moet) and Reimes (Vueve Cliquot) which were both short drive away

Great, intimate hotel near many Champagne houses We wanted to stay in a hotel near Champagne houses in Epernay and Reimes. It is close to Epernay in a small town called Ay-Champagne. The hostess was lovely in greeting us during checkin. She requests checkin between 5-7. She does a private tasting or Sacret Champagne during your stay. She had a delicious breakfast each morning. Our room was very comfortable, updated and quiet. There are only 4 rooms at this inn. It was a perfect place to stay as a base while in Champagne.

Stayed with my partner for a couple of nights, the place is beautiful and well maintained. Owners and staffs are lovely and very welcoming. Very nice breakfast, champagne testing included in the price of the room. self service bar available 24/7. Perfect location to visit Epernay. Highly recommended!

Nice b&b with parking Check in is only for two hours during the day, which is a bit limiting. Family run business which was appreciated, it feels more like a B&B than a hotel. It was a nice experience

We really enjoyed our stay at Domaine Sacret in the charming village of Aÿ. The location was perfect for visiting nearby champagne houses. Our room was spacious, with a large updated bathroom that felt modern and comfortable. The ambiance of the property is elegant yet relaxed, with a mix of classic French country charm and contemporary touches. We got to enjoy their happy hour champagne tasting one evening, which was a great bonus. Breakfast was tasty and satisfying, and the staff was warm and welcoming. Just a heads up for future guests, there is no elevator, which was a bit of a challenge since we had a lot of luggage at this point in our trip. Overall, a lovely stay and a great base for exploring the region.
