前台服務很好，我們的洗手液用完了，馬上就給我們來了一瓶新的，但是酒店就衹有一瓶多效和的洗手液，沐浴露，洗髮水都是同一瓶來的酒店，有一個小辦公桌子，還有一個小廚房的桌子，衞生間也還挺寬敞的 離火車站走路10分鐘，然後去叫皇宮店也住10分鐘很方便，地理位置非常好，還可以免費寄存行李

沒有電梯，勝在價格便宜。加厚的毛毯和椅子很舊，看起來不太乾淨。我們九點多就到了，是下飛機之後的第一個酒店，給我們房間讓我們提前進去整理和休息了，非常感謝。位置較好，去教皇宮和火車站都很方便。邊上有家樂福麥當勞，各種飯店。

駅やバスターミナルからもそう遠くなく、近くにパン屋、スーパーもあり、観光にも便利な場所です。 部屋もきれいで広かったので、ゆったりできました。

Отель находится в 5ти минутах пешком от вокзала. Вокруг много магазинов и кафе (правда найти рабочее кафе в декабре сложно). В номере было прохладно, пришлось включать сплит. Нет лифта, не удобно поднимать чемодан. В целом - хорошее впечатление.

The routes of trip in Avignon is in a castle. So, the location will be almost the same to all hotels. This hotel is easy to find, just at main road from train station to the place of Pope. the entrance seems to be old, but room is modern style with clean and good equipment.

差評，❌❌❌❌😅南法城市都比較小，居民不多，養不了太大的酒店，而且酒店一年就衹有這個薰衣草季節掙錢，所以，當薰衣草季節天量遊客湧入時，酒店不夠住是肯定的，而且貴的離譜，訂的到已經是萬幸了（當地議會也跟着起鬨😂，還在這個缺房的旅遊季節開議會，一幫議員開了也得擠佔房源😅，添亂😂）所以呢，阿韋尼翁很多破破爛爛的旅社，就趁火打劫，濫竽充數，反正薰衣草季節就是遊客也沒得選，像是這個酒店就是典型，。。國內也就是個招待所吧😅，。。不咋地！就是旺季搶錢的，沒有任何性價比。

Fast check in, small room. Hot kettle avail, no safety box. Very well location, near to almost anything you will need.

老式建築，位置在中心，早晚出門拍斷橋比較方便

A comfortable affordable, really central location. I appreciated everything except the lack of an elevator when I was ont eh tope floor, but staff did help carry my luggage upstairs for me

Hôtel très bien situé en plein centre. Chambres familiales pas très spacieuses mais suffisant pour 1 nuit. Personnel très agréable. Petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet très bien aussi ! Pas possible d’accéder en voiture dans le centre! Parking souterrain disponible pas très loin

Tralasciando le pareti di cartapesta e le evidenti camere sporche con capelli sui letti e cimici tra le lenzuola, lo staff si è mostrato a dir poco scocciato. Ogni nostra richiesta veniva accolta con fastidio e nonostante ci rivolgessimo a loro parlando in inglese lo staff rispondeva comunque in francese. L'unica cosa positiva è la posizione centrale sicuramente vantaggiosa.

Un hôtel à 5mn du Palais des papes et au cœur de l animation du centre ville .. Une bâtisse de caractère qui mériterai d être rafraîchie mais ne vous fiez pas aux apparences.. vous trouverez un hôtel avec des chambres refaites à neuf, fonctionnelles et équipées. L accueil est très bon et vous propose de bonnes adresses pour dîner.. merci à vous pour votre accueil.
