"I do not recommend it! Terrible! My daughter was staying here on her graduation trip and the room was full of bedbugs! Dirty sheets, with all kinds of hair, and poor conditions in the bathroom. When we complained in the middle of the night because of the itching and bites, they didn't relocate the children from the various rooms! Unacceptable!!! Close the doors, IT'S A MATTER OF PUBLIC HEALTH!"

"The hotel is very convenient, being close to Aveiro station and right in front of the bus stop for Costa Nova. Since I arrived before check-in, I was able to leave my luggage and they kindly explained how to get to Costa Nova, allowing me to successfully catch the bus to the seaside town. The only drawback is the lack of an elevator, but luckily I only had small luggage, so being on the third floor wasn't a problem."

"I liked the hotel; it had a beautiful room with beautiful furniture and a large balcony with a stunning view of the city rooftops. Since the hotel is right in the center, it was noisy outside at night – unfortunately, this wasn't the hotel's fault. The only thing I needed to adjust was the faucet in the bathroom; it was very tight. The linens were clean and crisp white, but they smelled strongly of laundry detergent, which was a real problem for me with allergies. If I had to stay again, I would choose this hotel."
