Sporco e buio, non torneremo mai più Tanfo terribile di fognature, sporcizia ovunque, incrostazioni di sporcizia sugli interruttori, asciugamani sporchi con strisce marroni e nere, lenzuola bucate, mobili sfondati, stanza estremamente buia (c'erano solo 3 faretti per terra, che non servivano a nulla: abbiamo dovuto leggere con le torce). Colazione solo dalle 9:30.

Cute, authentic boutique hotel Very chill, family-run place. It’s almost like walking into a family cottage than a hotel, in a good way. We stayed only for a few hours - we had checked out of a different hotel in Goreme in the morning, and had all day to explore Avanos until our flight at night. We also wanted to catch some sleep before our flight so Akman was perfect since the rooms were very inexpensive. The host and his wife were very warm, and although I couldn’t speak or understand Turkish they went out of the way to make us feel comfortable. Felt like they had welcomed us home. The room itself was very unique, and had an offbeat and authentic Turkish feel. They’ve also made excellent use of space, the loft was incredibly comfortable and my little daughter loved exploring it. My only regret is not staying there longer. Would definitely recommend to families and someone looking for a no non-sense boutique hotel.

Very nice hotel in stone house. If you want an authentic experience go there. There is a big sunny terrace. The hotel is with good location to explore the region, and in the same time is very quiet, far from the tourist crowds. The breakfast was delicious with local products. In this place you feel the Turkish hospitality. We spent wonderful time with my family.

It is very nice, clean and authentic hotel. You can stay with your family, it is family-friendly hotel. The owner of the hotel is so kind and honest person. I spent good time during two days, it is unforgettable. I recommend people to stay at this hotel.

Çok iyi konumda, üst odada kaldık, sessiz sakin, temiz bir otel. Adnan Beyin ilgisi ve sohbeti bizi çok mutlu etti. Odanın büyüklüğü, bu mevsimde üşümeden geçirdiğimiz sıcak bir gece ve sabah eksiksiz güzel kahvaltısı harika. Çok memnun kaldık ve bir daha gelirsek tekrar kalacağımız bir yer diyebilirim. Tavsiye ederiz.
